Right eared only, and no good for small ears!
The package arrived in a brown card envelope. Inside was a small, clear, bag containing the ear hook, and a smaller and larger ear piece. There were no instructions. Sadly, you cannot turn around the ear hook to work with either the left or right ear - it only works on the right. And regardless of the ear bud size, this would not work for me, if the hook was on my ear, the ear bud was on my cheek. If the bud was in my ear, the hook was floating.

bought for use at work
work bought me a cordless headset to use but I found the headband of it was getting in the way when I put my glasses on the top of my head . so I purchased this to replace the band. . even with small ears,I can mould the hook around my lobe so that it stays comfortably in place . sometimes I even forget I'm wearing it.

It’s ok!!!
Not a cheap piece of plastic but it’s the same anywhere else that you look. It’s ok, not that comfortable but there are a number of ear adaptors that come with it and you just go for the one that fits you the best. Fast delivery from seller, no problems on that front.

Feels very cheap and is uncomfortable to wear. The headsets are just to heavy for them and you can feel them flopping around a bit.

This is only for right handed people. If you're left handed, it doesn't fit on your left ear! They should specify this and also offer a CHOICE !! Edit - the ear thing-a-ma-jiggy actually rotates. So one can rotate it for right or left.

The standard cushion and headband that comes with this headset are not comfortable for me and always get caught in my hair. This earbud and earhook design is easy to put on/take off and comfortable to wear all day.

Accessoire très adapté, léger et idéal. On oubli qu'il est sur l'oreille. peut être un peu cher pour un bout de plastique !!!

J'ai voulu tester avec cet accessoire,car il est plus discret qu'un casque, mais il se met mal sur l'oreille et l'on entend moins bien. Après deux essais, il retournait dans son emballage... je ne le recommande vraiment pas
