Good for practice
My child has been learning violin for more than a year and the new music teacher requested us to buy this new book for her grade 2 exam for practice and knowledge. The backtrack option via the link provided is a great addition. This is also a good option for older violinists trying to get back into violin.

Using this book will do help you to constantly place your fingers on the right place.
I didn't dislike anything about the book. It could have been improved by having more of the same, but that's hardly a drawback because anyone using this book can expand the material by doing the given exercises in more keys.
