Well, this is like my fith Pearl Shaving Safety Razor. Why, smart forward thinkinng and smart designs, amazing quality, super prices, great service and fast amazon shipping. This one truly had my interest when it was released and I had to get it. The K2 has a super smart design making this razor easy to use, safe to use and fun. It is efficient, yet mild. Plus it comes with a few blades, which are good but I perfer Asta Platiniums. Also two handles, great to shaving the head, faces, legs (ladies).. One is four inches and one is three. They are solid brass with layers of coatings to make these last. Spot on weight and good balance. This is a great daily shaver. So easy and safe to use and the value is amazing. Now the market has a ton of no name razors out there. Pearl has been around for a long time. India based manufactuing and they really have been stepping up the game and added some super new razors. You should check out the Amazon Pearl Store, so very nice accessories also! Back to the K2, try it...you never know if you don't. Bottomline is you will have a super great shave. Save all the money if you use those wasteful throw away razors....Hope this is a help.

One of the worst razor that i have tried whenever i shave with it ...it always gives me irritation i have tried many blades with it including mild to sharp blades ..no blades works well with it ...it always tugs when i shave with it ....its better to buy any other budget razors like pristine ps 515 or hajamat scythe rather than buying this ..i will suggest everyone to not buy this crap.😡😡

This razor is not worth anything more than 600 Indian Rupees. This is a mediocre quality razor being sold by Pearl shaving.

I like the enclosed sides to protect from scraping your hands or ears. That is the main reason I bought this one, because most razor handles have the sides hanging out and I don't like the feeling of getting cut. This is a win for me. I would have preferred this in chrome, might go against the skin a bit smoother if it was, but as far as the shave, it is good. Price was reasonable as well. If you are a person who shaves your head, you know you have to get around the entire ear. This was my issue. If my ears were not in the path of the blade or the side edges, I might not have ever really thought about it! Lol! But since we can't change the location of the ears, and no matter how careful you are, those other type will eventually catch the ear. It might not cut it, but it really is painful for that edge to drag on it! So I have been using this one now about a month, and I am getting used to it, shaving more comfortably, and not feeling my ears get scraped. I do recommend this. Watch a few videos available out there on the internet, and make the decision. The other types may be ok for you, but this one is certain to offer more comfort while shaving those sensitive areas.

The razor is amazing. There is a great premium feel to it. Heavy, comes with two handles. But the head of the razor that is attached to the screw rod has some rust. I don't think it while last for long. Seems like a manufacturing issue.

Poor plating along one edge of the razor head causing severe irritation on skin. Poorly inspected (?). Update: The vendor reached out with an apology and an offer to replace the item with a new one. This means a lot and any vendor prepared to acknowledge an issue and correct it is really worth considering and respecting.

This is the best combination of a close shave, an affordable price, and a comfortable grip. Marketed for men but appropriate for anyone who wants to shave their face, it will leave a smooth look regardless of skin and hair type.

The most significant issues stem from its design. Both included handles are notably thin, and the razor itself is exceptionally lightweight. This forces you to apply more pressure during shaving, a technique generally advised against with safety razors, which should glide effortlessly. The blade exposure is also minimal, resulting in a less aggressive shave that, paradoxically, still requires added pressure due to the razor's lightness. Ultimately, this design leads to significant razor burn and skin irritation. The core principle of a good safety razor—letting the blade do the work—is undermined here. The cons heavily outweigh the single pro of its appearance. I cannot recommend this razor; instead, I suggest opting for a standard closed-comb Pearl safety razor for a more comfortable and skin-friendly shave.
