Is there sunflower seeds are chickpeas in this?

Dont get this please! I have so many health issues since this, insomnia was bad on it, anxiety, now kidney issues.tons of inflammation.. not 100% it is this but perfectly healthy before this!

This froze and leaked during shipping, is it ruined? Did freezing change it's structure because I have to say it smells awful

I don't know if freezing would change the quality or the effectiveness of this product. As for the smell, it does have a rather prominent "vitamin" smell. Although the taste is palatable. I would contact the manufacture or Amazon customer service about a replacement since it leaked.

Does it help boost Immunity ?

I have tummy issues and after using the liquid vitamins I feel better more energy and less tummy problems I would recommend taking them
