LOVE LOVE LOVE
I’ve been using this every day for two weeks and love it! I pump my music on and twist and turn. You can do your basic side to side twist and turn but I go up and down side to side twist and turn as well to mix it up so I feel tension in difference places to make it even more awesome. It’s so not intimidating and makes you WANT to keep using it! It’s fun! I use it when I watch TV but mostly I listen to my music. Amazon has the best price too, I checked other places. Go for it! I’m totally NOT disappointed. 😀

Ab twister board
I use it when I watch movies, and I can do so for a long time. Of course, the next day I feel the soreness of a good workout, but that's what we want! I have a small waist, and when I wear leggings, I look great. This tells me that the machine is a good investment. So, go ahead and buy one and get ready for summer 2026—don’t wait!

IF YOU USE IT3 times a week you will see result
I have been using it for over three weeks three times a week for 10 to 15 minutes and I do see a different on my abs. they are starting to form more faster. I do walk a lot and also I do exercise once a week

I enjoy this product
I had been looking for an exercise product to help trim my waist and I knew I wanted one where I could stand and twist like we use to do in elementary school, I ran across this and it was perfect. Works great, light weight, easy to assemble, and store anywhere in your home.

Mine stands lopsided/uneven. It’s not the feet that’s the problem, it’s the actual standing board and vertical bar that’s leaning to one side more. Aside from that, it’s quite big but no resistance.
