SURI Bathroom/Shave-point USB 2.0 Charger - UK/EU USB Plug Adaptor - For Use of Electric Toothbrushes & Shavers

I got this so I can charge my SURI toothbrush in the bathroom. It works as intended. This will be a bit more convenient than having to kite the brush to the bedroom to charge it. One thing to note that's not clear from the product description is that it fits a 115v socket, not a 230v socket. It will be loose in a 230v socket, and potentially dangerous if plugged into such an outlet. Make sure your shaver socket supports both.

Does not fit snug into British standard shaving point as pins are a lot smaller

Worked well - I have a shaver socket on the side of the bathroom mirror and wanted to plug my usb toothbrush in. The plug is a little heavy so it kind on bags down a bit Had to buy a right angled usb cable also though as my gap was tight

This does not attach to a uk shave socket. It falls out. It’s a standard European 2pin plug. Had to return it.

I got this to provide a socket in the bathroom to use to charge a radio. The radio did come with a shaverteuropean power adapter but it was too bulky for the shaver socket. I did read the previous reviews that mentioned this adapter does not fit a UK shaver socket, but given the cheap price I thought I might as well try it. Conclusion is that so far it works well and stays fairly securely in the socket.

Does exactly what it should

I bought this to be able to charge up a bathroom mirror from the shaver socket, and it DOES work. Note however that the 2 pin plug on this device is a standard Euro 2 pin, it is NOT the UK shaving 2 pin plug which has slightly larger diameter pins spaced slightly closer together. Nevertheless the plug does go into my shaver socket, although it does wobble about a bit.

Handy product which I use to charge my shaver
