Its a very good chair, however the massager has stopped working for me. I don't know what the issue is as I haven't really used it much. It just does not work when I plug it in anymore. Other than that, it's a great chair. 4/5

Ok quality but for kids that aren't that careful the quality is not great. My son broke the foot rest after 6 months

The chair quality & material are good strong and durable however the seating itself not good enough for a long time sitting had to put a pillow on it to be comfy enough

This is one product that lived up to the stated expectations and also exceeded all of mine. I will try to enumerate the best features in a list: 1. Very well and compactly boxed and packed. I was surprised how well packed it was. All parts needed were there, including the wrench tools required to assemble the chair. 2. It is a very heavy and sturdy chair. 3. Manual included is comprehensive and very well organized and sequential in how to assemble the chair. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble, mainly because I was being extra careful. 4. The wheels are super smooth in functioning. 5. All axis movements are smooth and easy: height, tilt/recline, and rocking mode all work fluidly. 6. There is advice to tighten all screws every 3 months to keep chair at peak functionality. 7. leg rest is an added bonus. 8. Lumber rest has a USB powered vibrator and it is a very nice experience. 9. Neck rest, lumbar support, seats, and arm rest are all very well cushioned. 10. Excellent stitching and material all over. Now to talk about one con that comes with territory. You cannot adjust arm rest height, but that is by design and I am perfectly okay with it. It is perfectly placed for a 5'10'' foot tall or taller person. However, I simply used an extra cushion on seat to have the ideal height for my elbows to rest on the arm rest. EDIT with 3+ months of use: The chair is still good and sturdy; however, the foam has flattened in the arm rest already and this is the least load bearing part, and still the foam sponge has deformed. Not impressive for such an expensive chair. Rest of the foam pieces are still adequate and not deformed as yet, so only reducing rating from 5 to 4 star.

This chair screams cheapness. Despite of costing a premium, the build quality is just OK. Pros: - The arm rests are at perfect height so you can easily pull this under your table, spread your legs and focus on your work without worrying about fatiguing your arms/shoulders. - The neck cushion is alright. Cons: - Average build quality despite of high price. - The back cushion is just cheap foam that compresses easily and doesn't provide any actual support to your back. This is extra-important to note if you have any lower back issues. - The frame is quite compact and will hurt you if you are an athlete with even a decent physique. - The seat is not wide enough and the bucket design hurts my thighs. - The seat is long despite being narrow. This will pull your lower back away from the back rest if you are not a very tall guy. This plus poor back cushion is bound to give to L5 S1 disc herniation in long run. - The leg rest is held together by cheap plastic and it WILL break at some point. - The back massager is a gimmick. It's just a cheap Rs 100 vibrator inserted into the cheap foam that the back cushion has by literally cutting a hole into it. It doesn't offer any significant comfort if you have any lower back issues. - The arm rests do not have sufficient cushioning. My arms loose blood supply whilie using these arms rests for an hour or two and I have to quit whatever I am doing to get my arms feeling normal again. - The recliner is very jerky and not smooth at all in contrast to what many paid comments here claim. TLDR - DO NOT buy this chair if you are looking for comfort. Get a decent office chair or look at other alternatives that the competetion is offering. This is a big fat money grab.

I recieved the installed the Drogo chair. My findings below: 1. Quality of materials used- Excellent -9/10 2. Ease of installation- Very Good - 8/10 (the installation could become tad more easier at 1-2 areas) 3. Comfort- Excellent -9/10 4. Leg extension- Very useful and Excellent quality and sturdiness- 9/10 5. Lumbar Massager- 7/10- Good. The USB wire of the massager is too short. You may want to connect it to your powerbank and place the powerbank behind the lumbar supporter. However, quality of massage- It has a single mode vibrator. Good to release pressure,however it is not a full blown massager. Could have been slightly better. 6. Build quality and sturdiness- 9/10- Excellent build quality, the chair is sturdy as well. 7. Overall Value for money- 8.5/10 Very Good

The only reason I am giving this chair a poor raing because materials used to build this chair are really cheap. When I am paying 17000, I don't expect the quality of the product to be so poor. - the leather layer really thin, like really really thin. I am writing this review after use of almost a month and I am pretty sure that the leather won't last even a year. - i expect memory foam at this price. Guess what they have used ... Packing foam. - being honest, the chair is comfortable but shouldn't cost more that 5k AT MAX - comming back to the massager ... You people call a 10 rupees motor a MASSAGER ? You charged me 17000 - giving 2 star because I feel the base is pretty good. Never gonna buy a product from them

Excellent item. The comfort is great. The recliner is much better and smoother than regular office chairs. The footrest is the best part. Loved it. The wheels are also very smooth and the easy to use. The head rest is a bit uncomfortable and we cannot use the chair without the headrest properly. However the pain point is the assembly,It was easy to assemble and it has been really good as per my use , the support to the back is very good and height adjustment is also good. Reclines well too. The wheel quality is also nice easy to move the chair around
