Tasty and good ingredients
Usually I am a bit sceptical about shakes, they usually have some surprises in them.The ingredients in purition are really good, and there is a good amount of fibre in each portion. There is also no sugar and they use Stevia as a sweetener which is pretty much the only sugar alternative I trust.Some sugar alternatives still spike your blood sugar or make me outright sick. None of that with this.

lacks flavour
I bought these because I can't take other diet drinks with niacin and calcium in them as they upset my stomach. These don't upset my stomach. They don't hold me for quite so long as slimfast. The flavour is VERY insipid, but they seem to just about do the job..almost. I add some kefir and oats to each shake, and liquidize it. Seems to help a bit. But flavour? Nah...

Nutritional and value for money
Very yummy especially when made as shakes and i love the fact that two of these shakes equal a meal i have them quite often for my breakfast as they taste great too.😄 😊

This doesn’t taste like cherry Bakewell😔
My normal brand were out of stock so I purchased this one. Very disappointed that it didn’t taste like cherry bakewell and it was a bit grainy

I proved intolerant
I thought product was excellent - it is the best shake of this type I’ve tried. UNFORTUNATELY - IBS sufferers be aware - I was really ill because they contain Whey so I can’t have them anymore they really upset me badly.Apart from that they’re were brilliant
