Q: I literally spend 90% of my day sitting in my chair (ms). is this chair worth it for sitting for long periods of time? can it handle it?

I have the same situation as I work from home and I am a software engineer, and I sit in my chair 8 to 10 hours a day for work. This is the best chair that I have ever owned hands-down.

The armrests can be adjusted between 7.09"-12.2" from the seat base and the seat base can be adjusted between 17.52"-20.08" from the floor. Thank you
