⚙️The exercise kit has two elements. The first is the rope, with a sliding shackle and a cap at either end. The second are the two handles with an associated carabiner, designed to attach to resistance bands on a wire or weight system.⚙️Three heavy-duty carabiners are included. These are steel, and although they are strong, they do not quite have the quality and strength of stainless steel. Unfortunately, there are a few sharp edges where the notch and the gate meet. Once closed, you should be ok, but just be careful.⚙️The rope is very thick and strong, and it appears to be very robust, with a very strong attachment of the caps at the rope's ends. It should be durable, and I can’t see it coming apart. The shackle is equally substantial. I was quite impressed with the separate handles, and the grips are very comfortable. ✔️

The “Triceps Push Pull Down Rope Cord” from “TBQIKZM” are a pair of good-quality exercise handles for use with suspension set up and resistance bands etc, a single high-quality triceps push/pull rope, and a set of three snap hook carabiners.In recent months I’ve converted my summerhouse into a home gym. As part of this, I’m generally upgrading a fair bit of equipment as I’m now using my home stuff a lot more than I used to. Hence, upgrading the handles of for my suspension/resistance set up.This set was exactly what I wanted from an upgrade. All of the parts are incredibly tough and durable. The exercise handles also feel much better in my grip than my old, cheaper handles did. The handles are much easier to clean and keep hygienic than the ones which have foam padding on them.The triceps push/pull rope is larger than I thought it would be. It’s a solid and thick piece of rope which you can really grip well and pull down on a suspension rope to exercise your triceps. The rubber ends on the rope are equally hard-wearing and can certainly take plenty of knocks and bumps without sustaining any damage whatsoever.The three carabiners that come with the set are equally as heavy-duty. These ones are a good size for use with the handles and much sturdier than my old ones. There’s zero chance of them deforming or getting damaged or anything like that.Honestly, can’t find a fault with this set. Heavy-duty, very well made, quality materials throughout…basically if you’re looking to get a hard-wearing set of exercise handles, then this set might be exactly what you’re looking for. They were for me.Highly recommended.

In order to test these attachments as best as possible, I used a full weight stack of 91kg at a gym. The rope attachment was totally fine with a few reps of back rows at 91kg and I had previously used it during my main workout for kneeling overhead cable triceps extensions (finishing in a vertical position). I tested both handles together initially with a full 91kg weight stack for some back row reps and then did single handed 91kg rows with each handle in turn. All three carabiners and the three cable attachments all felt secure and fully capable of easily lifting what I put them through. The carabiners are advertised as being rated to 250kg tensile weight. As the attachments are not also specified with a rating, I reached out to the seller. The reply I got is "The range that can be tolerated is still quite large, so please feel free to use it.". Maybe they haven't been tested to destruction but they seem perfectly capable from the tests I undertook.At the current price of £16.85 for this set comprising of: 3 x 250kg tensile weight rated carabiners, 2 x attachment handles and 1 x rope attachment; this is an amazing value for money set. All the items appear to be very well made in the set I have been sent. I obviously cannot vouch for their longevity. I cannot see them lasting any less than other high quality carabiners and cable attachments, if treated right. This set is a bargain at the current selling price.

This is a handy accessory kit for key gym equipment you're always hunting for! The rope is brilliant. The handles I think would benefit from being a bit thicker and wider so they're more comfy to use.

The tricep pull down rope and handles set is pretty good.The pulldown rope felt good in use and took a nice amount of weight.The handles are just as good for rows etc...Very good set overall.

Great value gym quality set for your home gym or garage etc. I've been going gym for years until recently, then I decided to make a small gym at home in my garage. These are the same quality as you would get at a local gym and at a great price for what you get in this package. Heavy duty and well made, very pleased.

Seil aus Kunststoff-FasernIch habe mir vor Kurzem dieses Trizeps Pull Down Seil zugelegt, da ich bisher nur eine feste Trizeps-Bar hatte und etwas Variation im Training haben wollte.Das Seil wirkt solide verarbeitet ist dem, wie es in vielen Fitnessstudios vorhanden ist, sehr ähnlich. Dabei sind außerdem 3 Karabinerhaken, die ebenfalls absolut solide sind.Leider besteht das Seil „nur“ aus Kunststofffasern, wodurch es etwas billiger wirkt, als man es aus dem Gym gewohnt ist. Bei üblichem Trainingsgewicht hat das aber außerhalb von der Haptik keine negativen Auswirkungen.Insgesamt bin ich mit diesem Trizeps Pull Down Seil zufrieden. Von mir gibt es daher 5 Sterne.

Cet ensemble de poignées de tirage est parfait pour mon home gym.La corde à triceps est de longueur standard et les poignées avec sangles sont d'une qualité remarquable. Elles sont revêtues d'une sorte de plastique mi-dur qui permet une très bonne prise en main.La qualité de cet équipement est semblable à celui que l'on peut trouver dans une salle de musculation.

Ho preso questi attrezzi per la mia piccola home gym attirato dall' ottimo prezzo ma anche dai diversi articoli che compongono il kit. Il kit arriva in una robusta busta in plastica e contiene una corda per tricipiti, due maniglie per allenamenti ai cavi e tre moschettoni che fanno sempre comodo. Posso solo dire che la corda per tricipiti e i moschettoni sono esattamente identici sia per dimensioni che lunghezze a quelli che ho a casa di noto marchio americano pagati molto di più, mentre per quanto riguarda le impugnature per allenamenti ai cavi devo dire che le impugnature sono robuste e morbide al tatto ma le fibbie sembrano un po' leggere, devo vedere come si comporteranno nel tempo con l' utilizzo dei carichi ma comunque non troverete nulla a questo prezzo ( al momento meno di 25 euro) che sia di qualità simile. Consigliato!

Robusta e funzionale, abbastanza leggera da permettere movimenti agili e completi. Io la uso in accoppiata con elastici da allenamento e funziona benissimo.Nella confezione troverete la corda per push pull, due maniglie con manico morbido rivestito in silicone e tre moschettoni a molla ben robusti.
