I love the fit and pleasantly surprised at hot they could actually get. I start at the high setting and within 15 minutes decrease the heat to medium for another half hour. I love the fact that the electrical control separates at arms length making it much easier to be sitting while hooked up and have the need to get up and not have to reach back behind my chair to remove the whole cord from the wall outlet.

I have an old ankle injury and I have pain a lot from standing. Ordered this and it helps me tremendously. The only thing I’ve noticed is medium setting is too hot for me and the low is pretty warm too but feels nice on the bones. Has four timer settings…15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes and three heat settings…low, medium and high. Automatically shuts off when time is up. I highly recommend this for painful ankles.

Very flexible sizing and great heat. Device works very well BUT it has a gap where your heel would be which means the back of your heel gets no heat. I needed the for heel and achiles. Otherwise great product but I have to send it back unfortunately.

I would definitely not purchase this again. There was no real instructions on how to use it, or even put it together to wear. It’s too small it doesn’t cover the whole food and ankle. A poor description on the website and it’s not made in America. Don’t buy this if need don’t buy this if you need some heat therapy. I haven’t returned mine yet because I can walk right now.

It fits the foot well. I am women's size 8. The compression strap helps to add additional pressure. I have ongoing plantar fascitis and the heat helps reduce the pain and inflammation. I used the high setting with my barefoot and it was tolerable and therapeutic. My feet are on the small side, so I'm not sure how well this would work with large feet. It's sold as one size fits all, but I can't really attest to how well it treats large feet. It's cord is long enough to go from the floor to on top of a bed. It has an easy control box. It has three settings, low, medium, high, but I needed the high setting. The material is soft, comfortable and the two straps stick well and wrap tight to fit the contour of your foot. I just got it, so I can't comment on how long it functions over time. Hopefully it will endure for several years or even longer, at least that's what this consumer would expect when purchasing a quality product. Things that quit working before a year's use are junk. So, if I don't update and downgrade it's rating, it lasted to my satisfaction.

Once I figure out how to use it, I will update the review. The instructions are terrible. I tried looking at the pictures on the box to figure out how to use it. I finally figured it out. It works and heats up nicely. The main reason I am going from one start to 3 and not higher is that it's too finicky. It's a pain to put on, and there are too many things to mess with. Would I buy it again? Probably not.Also, I think the pictures in the product description are fake and are AI generated because it does not look as nice and tidy as in the pictures when it's in use...

Oh what a difference the ankle heating pad makes!! Fits firmly around your ankle, keeping the heating pad in place on the area you want to have the heat. Enjoy the temperature settings and auto shut off after 15 or 30 minutes. Great price. Prompt shipping.

My husband had an ankle injury and need to have heat and cold compresses. I could manage the cold compresses but trying to keep a heating pad on his ankle did not work. I found this and I am her to tell you that if you have an ankle injury this is what you want. It fits snugly and has different heat settings. My husband loves it.
