Except for the removable seat&back strap, it came FULLY ASSEMBLED right out of the box! Once the packing materials were cut away I could use it "as is." Assembling products intimidates me. I bought THIS rollator rather than an identical product from some other vendor because the other was "assembly required." Somebody else's review mentioned that it came already assembled, which is precisely why I decided to buy it. It seems also as lightweight as my old two-wheels in front walker & goes easily into my car. No serious struggles with a heavy piece of euipment.I haven't had it long enough to judge its sturdiness but so far so good.

So happy to have the confidence to go for walks since receiving this Walker. Overall a great product!

One is the wheels constantly stops turning. I have had different washers our on it tried multiple ways to fix it. Something just isn’t right with it.

I am giving the seller a chance to tell me what happened!!! Return my money or ship the correct walker. This looks like someone stripped it and put garbage wheels together. The front wheels don’t rotate only goes forward can’t go sideways!! The back wheels rotate! But you can’t fix the front putting rotate because of the back system. I went to a MEDICAL REPAIR SHOP! THEY WERE SHOCKED!!!YOU CANNOT EVEN REPAIR IT TO BE SAFE!!! IT BELONGS IN THE TRASH!! Even under the seat 2 brackets missing they’re taped!!! Well I put this in God’s hands the results!!!!

It has been really helpful to me.It came damaged as the seam on the seat was already split open. So my son in law did a great job taping it with black duck tape that I already had on hand. My family said (because of the seat design) that it would rip open anyway if I returned it (due to the design).

It's light weight, sturdy, and makes walking a whole lot better for disabled people. The reason for the 3 stars is because when you sit on the seat the front rollers are designed to lock up and I wanted to be able to scoot around the room sitting down. This was not mentioned in the description that the front wheels locked up before I bought it and it was a huge disappointment when I discovered I couldn't use it the way I wanted. The description did say it had hand brakes for the back wheels and that should have been enough to stabilize the Rollator for sitting down. I haven't used this rollator since I found out I can't use it the way I wanted.

The walker came all assembled. I guess my only wish is that it could fold up without having to remove the seat. Hard to walk with seat down, but luckily it folds up out of the way. Bought the cup/cell phone holder to go on it. Overall, it’s a good sturdy walker.
