Growing very well under hydroponic lights
I am really pleased with these seeds and the crop I’m achieving indoors under my hydroponic light system using in coir as my medium which has limited the possibility of the leaves being attacked by pests. I will be able to have a crop all year round and not be limited to specific seasons when I can actually sow and harvest The seeds aren’t that big but surely pack a punch once established. I am also growing some in a plant pot near my grow lights but I’m still waiting for them to sprout The ones under the grow lights are delicious, very green and once established grew pretty quickly. Considering the price of the seeds these definitely represents good value for money and I would recommend them. Once the leaves are big enough I will cut the leaves from the outside so as to encourage further growth. If I do this carefully I should get several harvests before the leaves bolt or die.

Very good spinach seeds
Were bought as a cover crop, among many others in my indoor organic living soil beds and they have done the job very well. They were scattered loosely with 11 other varieties of seed so I could not say how many I sowed or what the germination rate is but I have many small spinach plants among the cover crop so a large amount have definitely germinated if not all of them. They were cheap and have worked well and although not a gardener for very long I have heard of Thomson & Morgan, I believe they have just bought out Suttons Seeds which is a local company so must be doing fairly well which generally means they know what they are doing. I shall certainly buy more from them when the need arises based on the success rate of these seeds. Lots of information on when to sow and harvest outdoors plus tips on the pack but unnecessary for my indoor grow. Great seeds, recommended.

Fantastic for spinach and potato curries or for boiling
there are many varieties f spinach. This spinach I have used for cooking. I probably will not cut and put in salad as the leaves get hard the bigger it gets. Fantastic for spinach and potato curries or for boiling. I probably will not put this in a salad once the leaves are big. Very good quality and excellent value for money. Could not believe how much we got out of one packet. Harvested 4 times so far it is still coming back.

Slugs got most of them
I didn’t have much luck with these ones but I think that was more to do with the slugs than the seeds.
