This faucet is seriously amazing and beautiful. Works wonderfully and looks rich for what we paid. I bought one from ikea and immediately returned it when I got this one delivered. It’s so sturdy and feels expensive when it’s not. I’ve received so many compliments. It makes my kitchen look fancy. The size is perfect and easy to use.

UPDATE**I hope this saves my reviews the third time I’ve tried updating it. This is a great product. Great customer service. I had an issue with the spare nozzle. They immediately took care of. It sent me out a new one works perfect. Looks amazing. Highly recommend.I bought this along with the sink and I finally was able to get it installed as plumbers where I am are busy and backed up with work after having it installed I noticed that the coding or film that was on the hand part into the faucet is bubbled. I’m gonna reach out to the company obviously but I’m gonna write a review first just to warn others to inspect it before they install it because now I have a bubbled Texture on the faucet that’s supposed to be smooth

Great for the price

Just got the kitchen sink faucet installed. The produce is well packaged in a foam so that the faucet and parts are secured during transit. The faucet neck and water control are made of metal, but the sprayer head is made of plastic.The installation instruction is simple to follow.The faucet works great. The flow is stronger than my old Moen standard faucet. The extension of the faucet sprayer can be manually adjusted to my need.I gave four stars instead of 5 because there is one catch that took me way longer to installed it properly.There is a horseshoe metal ring that sits between the gasket and the horseshoe brass locking nut. What the instruction failed to mention is that the metal ring opening needs to be aligned with the locking nut. Otherwise, there is a chance that one of the two screws on the locking nut may be screwed into the gasket instead of the metal plate. If that happens the faucet will be not secured.Took me over an hour to get the metal plate opening to align with the bass locking nut opening. Whenever I started to tighten up the brass locking nut, the metal plate would not turn with it due to friction. It was a very frustrating process because there was no room under the kitchen sink to see if they were aligned. I had to aligned it by feel. See photo.Should not use a horseshoe metal ring. Have a regular metal ring with an inner hole large enough for all the hoses to pass through.

Update: manufacturer was fast to get back to me and sent a replacement part. Satisfied now. Recommend this product mostly for being backed up by manufacturer if anything happens.—————I bought this faucet because it looked pretty and stylish. I installed t and it worked fine for a few months, then the sprayer just broke. Now I need to buy a new one to replace this broken faucet. So sad. Quality is a min issue these days.

The quality is really good I was impressed! The installation super easy and what I can’t believe it’s that I was waiting for a plumber to come and check the water pressure this week. Well after changing my faucet the water pressure it’s amazing I still can’t believe it the “older” one came with the new house a year ago it was moen… incredible
