RUBBISH… I wouldn’t even give one star if I could
Sprays clear with only a faint glow even with a strong UV light. Photo shows a thick coating in the lid compared to just a plain piece of white paper…. And yes I did shake the can vigorously for quite sometime. Also beware that you have to pay return postage if you want to return. My advice is do not purchase this as you will be disappointed.

It does indeed glow in the dark, but ONLY under ultraviolet light.

slippery when wet
I gave a manhole lid several coats, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference - its still slippery when wet. And it doesn't glow in the dark either. It was worth a punt, but cannot recommend it
