My friend’s 97 yr old grandmother swears by this stuff. Since she beat cancer at 90, I’m going to follow her advice. 😀. It tastes good, although my husband has a bit of a problem with its color. I eat it on a spoon and he mixes it in his yogurt. We’re going through our first bottle fairly quickly so I’ll probably set it up as a subscription.

I love Aryuvedic medicine and this product is an easy way to incorporate those practices into daily life. It makes for a satisfying treat or nice way to start the day.

This is a powerful remedy & should not be taken lightly. A small amount goes a long way-pairs nicely with yogurt

It says Vegan in the product but it's not Vegan as it has Ghee and Honey.

This Chyawanprash is really yummy, I think it may be considered tart sweet maybe, it’s the first Chyawanprash I’ve ever had so I can’t compare but it sure seems really high quality and the real stuff to me.

I have never tried an Ayurvedic jam before, and thought that I could try it out. It is a thick paste rather that what I would normally term a jam. Kind of like vegimite texture - paste. It has a slightly tart, not too sweet flavor with strong notes of Cardamom, so you need to like cardamom to like this. The first taste note you get is the cardamom and then you get the sweet-tart flavor after. It isn’t sugar free, but it made of organic ingredients which is a huge plus. It seems to be a reasonable price for this type of thing, but I wouldn’t eat it in large quantities.

This is the best Chwanprash I've ever tried- I tried this brand because it is organic, and it is true to the authentic ayurveduc recipe and it is one of the only ones I've seen that doesn't omit certain ingredients. The flavour is really wonderful, somehow tastes fresher and more zingy than any other formulation. I could feel its effect right after taking it. I WILL DEFINITELY BE PURCHASING AGAIN.

I won't verify these things, but I think there is no sugar added, and it comes in glass-two things that are important to me.
