Great product
We bought this after seeing a huge spider in the bathroom. In the 6+months since using it (sparingly), we have had no spiders in the bathroom and only one in the bedroom recently which is probably because we hadn’t sprayed for at least 6+months! Great product. It also leaves a minty fresh scent where it’s been sprayed.

Works well
I have a real fear of spiders (even typing that word gives me the heebie jeebies lol.) So anyway, I spray this around the windows , doors and vents and I haven't seen any of those horrible creatures coming near when I have them open, gives me real peace of mind and I would never dream of having the windows open without it. Also it smells lovely. The negatives are that the bottle has a picture of one of the creatures on it, one of the really horrible ones too... so if you buy this, get someone else to open the pack and put a sticker over the picture,or just remove the label. Crazy that the manufacturer does this when it's obviously mostly being purchased by arachnophobes! The smell doesn't last as long as a previous brand I bought that is now out of stock. If you are reading this review and have made it this far without getting bored, here is a tip I was greatful to get from someone else... If you have a fear of them, I would recommend getting the traps as well, my husband set them up around the doors and behind sofas anf they really work ...if any of the little bliters get past the spray the traps will be waiting.Just type "spider traps" into the search bar, they are sort of pyramid shaped and sticky, for some reason it attracts them... there are dif sellers but I think they all work pretty much the same.Hope this helps!

this does work our village of spiders have moved home - recommend as it's not harmful to them either
I am shocked to say that this actually works. We have spiders in our bran all year round that don't just have webs but entire cobweb cities and having brushed them all away, cleaned and sprayed it has been less. So much so I bought another bottle and even my hubby said he noticed less spiders not realising i'd used this so this is now a regular buy and it's not killing the spiders

Decent Performance but Not Quite as Effective as Expected
Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)I recently tried out this spider repellent from Amazon, and while it has its merits, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. Here’s a rundown of my experience:Pros:Easy to Use: The application process is straightforward. The repellent comes in a spray bottle that’s easy to handle and apply around the house.Pleasant Scent: Unlike some other repellents, this one has a fairly neutral scent that doesn’t linger too long. It’s much better than those with strong chemical odors.Non-Toxic: I appreciate that this product is marketed as non-toxic and safe to use around pets and children. It’s always a plus to have a safer option for pest control.Cons:Limited Effectiveness: While the repellent seems to work initially, I’ve noticed spiders returning to the treated areas within a week. It might be effective for short-term use, but it hasn’t provided long-lasting results.Coverage Issues: The spray coverage could be better. It’s easy to miss spots, and I found myself needing to apply it more frequently than expected to maintain effectiveness.Price vs. Performance: For the cost, I expected more robust results. The product is relatively pricey compared to other options, and it hasn’t delivered the level of spider control I was hoping for.In summary, this spider repellent has some good features, such as ease of use and a non-toxic formula, but it falls short in terms of long-term effectiveness and coverage. It might be worth trying if you’re looking for a temporary solution or have a small area to treat, but if you need something more robust, you might want to consider other options. For the price, it’s a bit of a mixed bag.

Bad spray nozzle
I read reviews about the spray nozzle being rubbish... I figured that had to be only a few? If it is, I got a bad one too.. I tried the spray today and what did come out was all over thr place and total rubbish... unfortunately this has to go back

The creepy spider pic has gone!
They have removed the spider from the bottle! Woohoo I was getting ready to cover it up. Not sure if it works yet. Will report back!

Rethink the packaging
The spray is easy to use and smells nice. We used it on all windows and doors and did notice that there were fewer spiders inside the house so I can only assume it works. Our entire household is terrified of the things so anything we can do to keep them out is helpful. I can only assume this is why most people buy the spray so if that is the case... why is there a gigantic spider image on the bottle? We had to tape the label with duct tape to hide it!In summary: this worked for us and is easy to use. But if you're scared of spiders then be prepared to be terrified by the packaging (and, to a lesser extent, even the photos of the product on this site!!)
