If your dog was hell bent on breaking out of a crate well it probably would get a headache.It's £50 and free postage and packing. What you expecting the ritz? It has a plastic base. Double catches on both doors which you could padlock and it matches their description. Can't really see a huge amount to complain about unless you own a manison or a great dame and then why look on Amazon?

Needed this in a hurry and the delivery arrived before the estimated date. Easy to assemble and collapse also for cleaning. Only problem (if you can call it that) was the height of the XL would not have fitted into a standard car. I transported 3 cats it should have been 4 but that's another story! Plenty of room for them to have their own space yet be together. Really good product that hopefully won't have to use again!

Crate is of reasonable build quality by comparison to our first crate bought several years ago, which was a good quality product, much more expensive though. No other 'cons', but the size; quoted as 36" or XL, is a bit misleading as it's not as big as our first crate which was quoted as a similar size. the H-W-D measurements are all a couple of inches smaller. Also, at the door opening, the top crate rail is lower. Not an issue for a smaller dog but if taller, the dog has to 'duck' on entry. Our dog is a female Labrador with a 23 inch shoulder height, so she can lie comfortably once in the crate.

Disappointed it is only 1 door and not double door as advertised but is a lovely size and is actually 19"L x 13"W x 15"H. If it was double door I'd give it a 5 star but as only single door it's a 3. Really gutted as was going to be a car crate so needed the side door preferably.

Nice product purchased for 2 tiny dogs not really suitable for a big dog as crate isn't really as sturdy as I would have liked but well priced for the product it is. More suitable for poms, chi's, teacup yorkies etc dogs that wouldn't have much force behind them if they were trying to get out of it. Enough room for 2 tiny pups with a training pad and twin bowl if that helps describe size.

Good size used to keep a Rabbit indoors. Very easy to set up.

Absolutely fantastic service, recieved the very next day of ordering, bought the xxl crate and just perfect for my staffie, shes able to move around and sit up right and stand without bumping her head, very good quality and added bonus has two doors, was easy to put up, very good buy and so much cheaper then some high street pet shops, highly recommended thanks
