My daughter is a bodybuilder and she was allowing the lactic acid to accumulate in her body, so I bought her this massage gun and she absolutely positively loves it! Got this when recovering from knee surgery when my thigh muscles were getting very tight and causing knee pain. This helped. The usb-c charging is convenient and the battery life has been impressive. I have never had one prior to this so I don't know what I might be missing but the PT approved of this one when I showed the listing after he suggested I get one.

Amazing product for people like me who work 10-12 hours shift. Really buffs out the pains in my feet and legs. Highly recommend

+ The several attachments all have helped relive pain and soreness.+ May be a little on the heavier side, weight wise.+ The heat only seems to accumulate when the internal battery is being charged up.+ Well worth the money.- A downside to the product is that it did not come with a charger cable or block for the device, so you have to find an appropriate cable and block yourself.

If you’re looking for a way to stretch, recover, and get tension relief at home, a good back roller like this one is totally worth it. I personally rate it a 4.5 out of 5 and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s on their feet all day, works at a desk, or just wants a quick body reset!

Best thing ever!! I bought one after having my therapist use it for my muscles. I have used his massage gum on my neck, back, feet and leg muscles. It has done great. Powerful but not painful.

I am a manual therapist of 30 + years and have never thought I would use an electronic massager but it isnt easy to work on oneself. Though one is limited as to where one can work with a hand held devise, when it worked it was good with plenty choice of massage head. BUT it runs out of charge well before any one area is fully worked AND when I would get it fully charged up after using so as to have available to use next time, EVEN THOUGH turned off, when I would go to use it again it would be very low in charge/ no charge at all. It was this way from the start. I used it less than 6 times total before, after setting to charge EVEN THOUGH it SHOWED that it was 100% charged, on turning on and pressing start, NOTHING happened. I tried to communicate with company who wants me to send a picture showing it is not working. I do not know how to upload that to Amazon communication page AND how does one show it "not working"? SO i cannot recommend this

good value for what its priced yet the extensions that came with the massager felt a bit cheap. Battery lasts a long time and quite powerful. Has been quite useful and still going strong
