I had used a previous product which made tank cloudy and horrid.I switched to this ( after a massive water change ) and it didn’t make my tank cloudy, i could see results within 24hrs.. my fish are getting better. But I need to do another course of treatment. Very happy. 😃

My fish very suddenly developed fin rot, one of which quite severely. I bought this product slightly apprehensive because some of the reviews were unfairly negative. How can you say it killed your fish when your fish were already diseased? ANYWAY!I have 8 fish in my tank (including an African Clawed frog), four were infected and four were fine...A week later, ALL my fish are still alive and although the fin rot symptoms haven't fully vanished in all of my fish, there is definate improvement, their fins are growing back.The only negative I have with the product is the unclear instructions. As a fish owner whose never experienced and outbreak of fin rot, how do I know when my fish are recovered enough to stop with the treatment?Overall, I'm happy with this product and amazed at how much cheaper it is online than it is to buy in store.

A lot of these medications seem to be like marmite where some people swear it’s a miracle cure others say it killed their fish which is why I wanted to do this review.Firstly very often medications get blamed for killing people’s fish ! The medication did not kill your fish! Your fish died because it was sick or you misused the product, not because of the product . Often medications get given credit for curing a disease when in fact the fish cured it itself. An example of this is white spot I haven’t treated white spot in over 20 years ! If I had rushed to put the medications in then my fish suddenly got better I would attribute this to the medication but my fish usually get better on their own. A healthy fish in a healthy tank will heal itself for most minor cuts scrapes, fin tot, white spot etc so my approach is to wait a bit first. The best thing you can do is good husbandry water changes appropriate conditions for the fish you have and good food. If the issue doesn’t resolve or gets worse then reach for the medication. I had a minnow that was chronically getting fin rot probably because it’s not in an appropriate tank but it was basically rescued from being flushed ! After 24 hours it cleared . Several other instances I used this and similar had the same very fast response. Also one other fish that had torn it’s fin a bit healed but those types of injuries heal fast anyway. When using any type of medication be careful not to mix different ones, you may have used something days weeks prior which is still active. Always be sure to add extra aeration to the tank, many medications deplete oxygen in the tank.This product works if you have a fish that isn’t managing to heal itself, it can help.

One of my Bettas developed fin rot, was very lethargic and not eating . After 5 days of treatment ,he was swimming around and eating also the fin rot has ceased . Will continue to treat for a few more days then carry out a 20% water change and fingers crossed his fins will regrow back to what they were.

Works quick but not last long

This product work perfectly if you know what your doing with it & I do becase iv used it for years with keeping fish.

It works a treat, after trying numerous products in the past to no avail, this one has done the trick on my fungal susceptible Black Moor. He had a fairly bad infection going on both body and fins, this medicine cleared it almost all up within 4 days after 2 full doses. I've added a 3rd dose to clear the rest.Make sure to remove all carbon from filters and to add the right amount in 24 hour intervals.Best stuff I've ever used, couldn't recommend it enough.
