Recommended by my GP to buy a product specifically to help treat the symptoms of my Plantar Fasciitis. Having read a good selection of reviews this item seemed to be a good choice. Difficult as there are many products to choose from. I particularly liked that they were half size and that all of the effort had gone into the area that needed to be treated in the insole. So on initial use they were very comfortable and easily slipped into my most often worn pairs of shoes. I was worried they would be uncomfortable, as the heel is slightly raised so they do lift your foot slightly, so would recommend wearing with a shoe with a higher back to support this. My favs are Sketchers which are ideal. And the insoles fit neatly and are comfortable and un obtrusive.Only worn a few times as newly purchased but hopeful with consistent wear, they will help with the pain. Impressed with the leaflet inside that gives advice on exercises to alleviate any pain. Although my pain is mild to moderate.

Good quality and comfortable to wear. Fits well in shoes. But more importantly it has relieved my heel pain after a couple of weeks. Worth the investment.

Not uncomfortable in my trainers, but I'm not sure they much for my pain. I walk my dog daily and really l don't feel the benefit from this item. Just my personal opinion 🤷

Obviously any insole always feel odd at first but these seem to cup the contours of the feet very well. I hope they improve my condition

Just wonderful relief for my painful ankle.Fits into most of my shoes without causing crowding of toes due to it's 3/4 design.Using alongside support socks, over last few days the agony has subsided to a dull ache.Only issue is the lining, now mid March it started peeling away, but works just as well with it removed.

Awful! No support whatsoever, terrible for my plantar facitiis They were not in a sealed box and looked like they had been used! I tried to return but Amazon will not accept returns on this product - although it does not state this anywhere for this product. They are expensive too. Completely misleading, do not buy! I would give no stars if there was an option!
