Easy to use, does the job
Very easy to operate. I was concerned about the small quantity of liquid it holds, but it actually goes a long way. For my use in between floor scrubbings, it is perfect.

Broken
The one round head cracked off and now is not usable. Disappointed that it didn't last long at all. Waste of money.

Charger didn't work
Charger didn't work, was able to get a new one through customer service. I like the mop, it makes the floors shiny, just wish it had adjustable speeds.

Not good for stains on tile.
Not as good on cleaning stains on tile floors. Pricy.

Great cleaning machine
I had a different machine that broke after 5 years. I always liked that one but this one is better. The head swivels making it easier to get into hard places. It’s lasts long enough for me to wash floors in a large house (2500 sf). The only down side is the small holding tank for the washer fluid and the location makes it a little difficult to fill.

Does not power on after first charge
Worked once and it was fine but no longer powers on after the first charge. It doesn’t work on tough stains at all; it’s just a light spin of a cloth.
