This is so much a better buy because it is rechargeable - functional for every day use. No more wires coming in the way and plus this is the way for technology to move forward.However in regards to removing hard skin - very good. I suggest that you always soak your feet in warm water to soften hard skin. Pat dry and after 1 minute begin to use this machine and see wonders. Great present for some one special also.I gave this to my bro who kept complaining that his feet are turning to stone!! He simply loved it and said the only down side is to have someone to do your feet for you!

This is the first winter that I haven't had large cracks in my toes and heels and bloodstains on my socks, and its thanks to this tool. It's much more effective than pumice stone or the other manual grinders that you get in chemists. I've been using mine for a couple of months now, and I haven't needed to use either of the spare rollers - I think the roller will last quite a long time from current experience. The motor is powerful enough to grind away some serious hard skin, but not powerful enough to do any damage to your foot. The internal battery goes for about a month between charges with me, which is more than adequate.

Three points in favour for this fantastic foot care instrument .......... First it has a 3 year incredible warranty ........... Secondly it chargeable, never have the problem of finding battery's....... Thirdly it works. Having tried so many different foot files, this is the one for me.Could not believe the amount of dead skin it took off. Very easy to use, comfortable hold so you can get to all of the foot with out being a contortionist. Yes I would recommend it, very good value for the price plus free delivery with Prime .......

It's a good quality product, the battery lasts long, and I think it's water proof. I never tested that though.I would just say I wish it was a bit stronger. For someone with hard calluses it is not quite strong enough

Omg.... this is amazing, I have had many dry skin removers and this is by way the best. Sounds horrid but I could see lots of dry skin coming off in little dust cloud. Cleans easily and powerful.

These work great and the fact they are chargeable is a real bonus. Interchangeable heads rough and smooth - easy to switch and cleaning is easy too. Great price and would definitely recommend.

Worth the money. Comes with three heads, head cover, charger and brush. Really good quality, easy to use, does the job perfectly. Could be a tiny bit more powerful but gets rid of the hard skin regardless.

You cannot apply hard pressure, or the roller will slow/stop but it is a quick & effective maintenance tool for moderate dry skin. What's great about this product, compared with others, is that it's rechargeable, cordless & can be used wet or dry.

Based on a single use with a really damaged heel, this is a really nice tool.I have eczema, and my heels are always cracked and rock hard. I have not had luck with scrapers or pumice in the past.I've attached some photos to show how this did for me in a single use. I didn't just use this grinder though. Here's what I did.1. Urea cream. My dermatologist prescribed this. It relaxes the skin and allows dead skin to slough off more easily. You can get 40% urea cream here on Amazon without a prescription. Apply this on your feet at night and after you shower for a few days in a row before you start taking skin off. This will prepare your feet.2. Use a scraper. This electric grinder is not going to get through 1/4 inch of dead skin. Use a scraper to get rid of the bulk. (I used the Colossal foot rasp. Great scraper!)3. Use the grinder for the finishing touches. Don't press hard. The motor can't handle it. Use it gently to smooth out rough parts and blend the cracks.Photos are a single use of the scraper and grinder.

Not very strong. With any pressure at all the motor stops... This is advertised at the “Most Powerful”, but it isn’t powerful at all.

My absolute favorite thing I've ever purchased. This foot file is amazing. !!! Sooo much better than the ones you get at Walmart. This device works well...I had thick callouses, and I after a month of use, my feet are no longer a danger to anyone :) I wish it had a bit more power and wish the heads lasted a little longer...but then again, I am sure this wasn't designed for Hobbit feet. Great product would recommend to any dude, or dudette trying to get feet that are less than razors and more like feet.

I read the reviews and decided to order based on positive feedback hoping I wouldn't be disappointed. I was not disappointed at all! I received my package and was please to discover it was already charged so I wouldn't have to wait to use it. As I've gotten older, I've noticed my feet, especially the heels have gotten drier. I live in Texas and wearing sandals year round is almost common with only a few weeks of serious winter cold, if that. I found myself being embarrassed by my dry heels, so started to look into foot files and came across this unit. The quality of the product is good and it really does work. I used it right away and was amazed at the dry skin being removed and how much smoother my heels felt after using it. I use this a couple of times a week in the evening and then put lotion on my feet. I'm looking forward to going for pedicures this spring and not feeling embarrassed by my dry feet. FINALLY!

This callus remover performs above my expectations! The fact that it’s recharable and comes with additional pumice stones makes it convenient to use on a daily basis. I also love that I’m able to use it in the shower but also when my feet are dry. I received this product on Wednesday and I can already see and feel my skin become smoother. Overall, I’m loving this product.

Update: (see original review below) Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the product is performing less than desirably. It is constantly just stopping mid-spin even when applying very little pressure, and then when it is spinning (even with a freshly switched out, new stone) it is not doing as good of a job as it had when first purchased. best of the best solution, i tried everything , over spent money on spas, ,Dr to fix my hard callus , nothing worked. then tried this product , it changed my life. i can fit in shoes without pain of the over developed callus. Super easy and fast to use! I used to use a regular, not battery powered foot file to remove calluses and dead skin, which sometimes took a long time to manually remove. This battery powered one is so much faster and more efficient. It leaves my feet feeling soft and smooth in a fraction of the time. It is also really ergonomic and not a pain to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is tired of doing it the long, old fashioned way!

This foot file is one of the best I have had. I got one from Walmart but wasn’t that strong. The battery is long lasting and what I like is I can use it before or after I took a shower and works fine. Seems to be durable and I hope so because I really need it during the summer when only thing I wear is sandals. The material is good quality and the price is good. I would say it’s better that what I expected.

This little electronic foot file is AMAZING!!! I have horrible, cracked and dry feet, absolutely HORRIBLE....after the first use my feet were so smooth I could actually put my socks on without them getting hung up on the cracks!! This worked very quickly and efficiently. I had some very yucky chunks of skin on my heels. This sanded them.right off. Left a pile of white dust and did not crack or peel my heel. It does not hurt to use this product. It works quickly and is great for every member of the family.
