ECCO Mens Relaxedamerican 5227 Formal Shoe

Purchased a premium shoes from Eccoon 2nd April 2023, based on reviews from friends and colleagues. Unfortunately within a span of 2 months the shoes is falling apart. Reached out to the brand with much difficult but response has been unfortunately not good. Wondering whether it was worth investing 19k on a shoes. Do consider alternate options as the product durability is questionable.
