There is no way of fixing this to your pet. So totally useless in that way. Didn't try it any further, as it was clearly not fit for what I'd bought it for.Totally mis sold.

hard to set up

This product is impossible to work out how to use, I have had 4 different people as well as myself try to work it out. Therefore it has never been used and a waste of £31.00 Overall rating minus 1

I got this tracker for my Xmax bike. I set it up put 20 quid on the sim card and its about 2 miles out. I've even seen it moving when it's in front of me. Not a happy customer.

It's not working!!!!I plug sim card with internet.......No any answer,I try with another sim card........nothing.I allready send like 100 messeges and still nothing!I spend 2 hours with this rubbish!!!! :(((((

Cannot fault it, works as it should do and tracks with no problems, using it with a MacBook for live tracking also works with iPhone. Battery lasts 9 days! Well recommended.✩✩✩✩✩UPDATE after 8 months still works faultless, i have a GiffGaff sim in it at a cost of £5 a month much cheaper than tracking companies! Also if you phone the number thats on your sim, ie, (07**********) it will send a text message with a link to Google maps with its present location, the Geo-Fence is spot on and works as it should, i now have it hard wired to the car so always a full battery, it don't run car battery down either . Still well recommended.
