Full of flavour. Meat is lean and doesn’t contain any fatty bits unlike some other brands. Tried many brands and reckon this is the best yet. Great value. No wastage. Will be ordering more. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I have purchased this item for a while and I was disappointed to discover yet another victim to Shrinkflation with the packages now smaller but the price increased!!

I have eaten Biltong for many years, both in South Africa and in many other countries with their own interpretations of this classic. Some have been great, some less so, but never have I come across something which was as unpalatable as Ember Biltong. First, it was under dry. This is common to an extent in the UK where properly chewable Biltong seems less popular. I am used to that and enjoy it, but this was... moist. But mainly the problem was the overpowering flavour of a slice I can’t quite identify - metallic, acrid and unpleasant. I promptly closed the bag with the remainder and returned it for refund. No quibbles at all from Amazon - as ever excellent customer service. I strongly suggest that if you want to try similarly priced but infinitely better product you try the one named after its principal ingredient (UK-dry but delicious) or the ‘yum’my one made by a South African concern (SA dry and also delicious).

Das Biltong überzeugt durch seinen intensiven, aber natürlichen Geschmack. Das Fleisch ist schön zart, nicht zu trocken und perfekt gewürzt – genau die richtige Balance zwischen herzhaft und würzig. Ideal als proteinreicher Snack für zwischendurch oder nach dem Sport. Auch die Portionsgröße ist praktisch, da sich die Packung leicht mitnehmen lässt. Fazit: Hochwertiger Fleischsnack mit viel Eiweiß und tollem Geschmack – klare Empfehlung für alle Jerky- und Biltong-Fans!

2 fois que je commande la version chili en 1kg et franchement le gout et la texture sont vraiment bon, limite addictif. La meilleur viande séchée que j'ai pu gouter. Parfait pour le sport et la prise de muscle, si comme moi vous ne supportez pas les shakers et les barres protéinés c'est une très bonne alternative. Un peu salé et des conservateurs mais l'approche de l'entreprise est respectable. Très bon produit, je recommande.

Very much much worth it quality cuts good flavouring good seasoning it’s unique. It’s not the same flavour and style as South Africa but it’s definitely amazing beef jerky. I wouldn’t quite call it Biltong. In the sense for many people in South Africa builtong as a style flavour seasoning but it is amazing very well done.
