Hi , as long as the hose or one of the supplied adapters fit your hot tub I don’t see why not , it might take a while to inflate and will be hard work .

Yes that’s the reason I bought this item, it doesn’t take long to inflate the paddling pool

Although I dony own this type of paddling pool the pump comes with an assortment of nozzles , So it is likely it does.
