Super tadka pan
Initially i thought its a bit bigger in size, but tempering is a breeze with this. It has a good weight added to it and thickness of material to allow even heating. Doesn’t stick, easy to clean and does the job perfectly

It must have a support
I have to place a bowl under the handle to keep the pan straight. It must have a support in handle, so that the pan stays upright. You can't add spices etc with one hand, holding it with other. Quality is superb.

Doest stay balanced
Don’t know why they made this on induction. Doest stay flat on induction as handle weight is heavy. Quality is good but practically not able to stay balanced on induction or gas stove. U know to hold hand on handle to keep it balanced.

Good item. Bought for use on induction and it works well. Only issue is that we have to hold it full time as it does not stand on its own. Worth for the money.
