M product arrived super fast. First application was a game changer for me my daughters hair feels soft and moist which is the exact reason l bought this product for. I'm 100% satisfied.

I LOVE this leave-in conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturised. It is full of beneficial oils which promote healthy hair growth. A little of this product goes a long way; so do not use too much or you will be left with greasy hair. The product initially smells like a mixture of Play-Doh and vanilla - a bit odd, but not offensive. The Play-Doh smell fades leaving behind a sweet vanilla scent. The scent does linger in the hair; but I like it so I don't mind. I've found that this leave-in mixes well with my other styling products. It does contain protein so is great for hair that needs a little TLC. The consistency is loose; and the product should probably be packaged in a squeeze bottle rather than a tub. However, this is not a dealbreaker for me. I've purchased this product on multiple occasions and will continue to use it.

Really like this. From the first opening of the jar. It smells scrummy! Very vanilla-like in scent. Beware, it's on the watery side, but this is a bonus for me as my hair likes the moisture and it's great for when my strands feel parched, especially now in summer weather. On the downside it doesn't mix well with other products, like gel. This is a drawback when I want to both moisturise and define with the gel too. I've learned to use sparingly or not mix at all or.... wash out more often. No option's great there. Overall, a lovely product to use on porous dry hair.The price was scary, and I only went ahead and bought it after much deliberation. I think it's overpriced and this may prevent me buying it again as quickly as I'd like. However, compared to other products it's stood up well, performance wise. Oh, also bear in mind that as it has such a high water content, the moisturising effect is not as long lasting as other more creamy products; I'd advise sealing immediately after use with an oil like olive or castor. Hope that helps someone out there.

I have 4b afro hair and have been natural for over 5 years. In that time I have used a lot of different leave in conditioners. This is by far the best leave in conditioner I have ever used. It makes my hair instantly softer to the touch, it detangles my knots and you get a lot of product for your money! Some people have said the smell was bad, to me it smells like vanilla or marshmallow maybe but it's not a bad smell and when you hair feels this good, I really don't mind!

Product it self is good but lid was broken and seal was half peeled off. Luckily still had small amounts left from the pot I bought in boots and it looks and smells the same. I use this twice a week on my afro Caribbean hair once on wash day and then in the middle of the week on just damped hair this is what worked for me over winter time with a protective hair style my hair stayed soft and moisturized. Will not be buying online agin due to reading few others where delived broken it's the same price in boots hopefully they keep it in stock.

i LOVE shea moisture and it revives my hair everytime! i’ve used this for a year now and it looks like i’ve hardly used any, a little goes a long way. i use after every hair wash and it’s lightweight, hydrating and my holy grail

To stop my hair looking greasy looking (which happened the first time I used it because I used too much), I only use a little more than a pea sized amount which I then rub all over the palm of my hands and then gently scrunch into wet hair and leave to air dry. Makes my hair smell really good and curly.

I have 3c/4a natural European curls and have been trying out new leave-in conditioners as over the years I've found that my hair loves these the most. This was an ok ish product, although I won't be buying it again. It wasn't really man-enough for my curls. The smell was lovely and fruity, but bought back memories of a play-doh type smell. This leave-in was extremely runny, so made it difficult to apply. I applied to damp washed hair, and once applied it made my hair feeling very wet again as it was so runny. The curl definition wasn't great for me either. I need a thick creamy leave-in that will weigh my curls down a bit. I personally thick this would be more suited to someone with big chunkier loose curls or wavy hair. It's not strong enough for pourous, dry frizzy tight Afro type curls. When my hair dried naturally and I scrunched it to style it as normal, I need to add another product on top to get the curl definition I needed. It also left my hair a little bit crunchy when it had dried and made my hair look tighter curls than norm as there was no weight to the product. The photo shows my hair with just this leave in on it, to show the light curl definition it gives. My hair was still quite fluffy with just this product in it. I don't like the look of my hair at all in the photos below. Worth a try, but it's a 'no' from me I'm afraid. A nice product but not great for very tight wild curls used on its own I'd say. I'm using it now to touch-up fly-away ends on my dry hair during the day if needed just to use it up.
