This is such. Great product- it really works so I now have no need to pressure wash my patio nor the concrete paving path the front of my house. It’s absolutely solved the black spot problem on the sandstone ! Although I’d recommend if you have black spot growth on your patio to at least double the strength of the mixture or even use a stronger mix. I’ve used Patio Magic for over 5 years now and it’s saved so much time and effort. It doesn’t work immediately but after 6 -8 weeks you will really notice the difference. Recommend.

So so with the product. Appears to perform better with a stronger dilution. Could be down to my paving. I sprayed with product then after an hours I power washed. Paving came up like new, but I wouldn't say it was any better than previous years with just a power wash. Will be able to judge over winter months to see if prevents the build up of dirt and algae.

This stuff works wonders! You are never convinced it is going to do anything, until it does! Patio and pathway is so much cleaner and brighter. Easy to use, no smells and kills moss so fast! Great value.

Excellent results. Took only a day for a noticeable transformation and on the second day it looked like a miracle! A patio that never looked so new and clean that previously was covered in green algae and moss. It was so easy to use and required no effort. Very quick results. You dilute it in water as instructed in a watering can with a shower head attachment, walk around pouring it onto the patio after moving any objects out of the way first and for 5 litres is enough for a small patio but for bigger areas you would need more than 5 litres. Just leave and walk away. Make sure you check weather forecast first as best done when no rain for a few days. Keep pets indoors when you apply this. Don't allow pets or wildlife to walk on this product until it has completely dried up. Read instructions.

Used as directed... It says it cleans over weeks / months, it's been a month now and I can't see a lot of difference. Path only 2 years old. Perhaps I'm not as patient as I thought!

Great product if you have green algae anywhere in your garden it will get rid of it with no washing away just simply spray on and leave and in the coming days your garden will look like you have spent all day pressure washing it but with this, it works for months keeping the algae at bay. Great value for what it does. There is no smell or odour from it.

As per title!! I used to spend an entire afternoon jet washing our drive and back garden area which is a mix of paving and Indian stone. The results were only ever ok using snow foam and needed repeating at least 3 times per year.Enter Patio Magic. Now, I buy 12.5 litres (2 large bottles and 1 small) once per year. Dilute in a watering can with a rose sprinkler head. You can dilute differently for different areas depending on how dirty/green it is.Simply sprinkle over the areas and leave. At first it goes a weird brown colour and you don’t notice any difference for at least nearly a week. But after that, gosh it’s like a new house! To apply this way takes me under 20 mins for the entire area which as I said previously took half a day with a jet wash.It does need repeating once per year but if you got someone in to jet wash I reckon it’d cost more even as a one off (which would probably need doing multiple times per year so cost more overall).The time saving, result and ease of application make this a must have. I also like how it kills moss growing between paving slabs that may have moved over time, thus eliminating more work to take that out.
