The media could not be loaded. Overall I liked this product but it does have a few things that could be better. It's not that great with phones that have a "kickstand" protective case, it doesn't hug the phone in place that well and has flown off the holder a few times. The arm could be a little tighter it's a bit loose especially after you adjust it a bit it just loosens more. It is awkward to get to the nob that tightens it and if you keep turning it it eventually just unlocks it, uuggghhh!It fits in the air vent well, it is made of good quantity materials. It is a good value for your money as long as you have the right phone case (which can easily be changed, or taken off while using it). It is very easy to install and quick & easy to place phone In and take phone out. It is also adjustable, you can tilt forward and backwards or turn to the sides easily.

Okay so I had this for about 6 months. From time to time, it would get loose, had to adjust it many many times and then it gave out. It was strong, but not built for heavy phone cases; (iPhone 14 pro max) . It does hold pretty good. Left scratches on my vents, very easy to install though. Ups and downs on this thing.

It's was a little hard to get it clipped onto my vent but that's probably because my hands aren't very strong. It holds my phone solidly and I love that my phone is in a good place to be seen while driving. I've tried dash mount (which are sometimes not very sticky so they fall or they do stay but they're just ugly and right out there on your dash). I've tried the cup holder kind, which worked but that's an awkward place to have to look at your phone while following directions while driving. I've tried a magnetic one but it couldn't even keep a hold on my phone with minimal movement testing it before installation. No way was it going to hold my phone through bumps while driving. My phone would've dropped off at the first minor pothole. I've used this vent-mount one many times and it's worked out each time.

Pros:- Easy to install as it is pressure fit right into the vent.- No adhesive residue left on dashboard.Cons:-Overall unsteady and flimsy.-Ball joint is weak. Even when tightened all the way, the ball joint that allows the angle of the phone to change succumbs to gravity, and the phone begins to angle downward.-Flimsy arms. The arms fit snuggly around my phone and the rubber ends seemed to hold my phone in place relatively well ... for about two months. Then, one of the arms started to loosen. After another week or two, it stopped moving properly, which affected the other arms. (You can see in the attached photo how the arms are no longer fitting properly - note the large space between the phone and the arm on the top right.) Eventually, I had to move each of the arms independently to even get it to loosely hold my phone ... but heaven-forbid I hit a bump or make a sharp turn, because my phone would go flying.-Value for the price is terrible. I paid $30 for a phone mount that worked just long enough to be outside the return window. I feel like I would've been better off buying one of the $10 mounts.
