White Lily Self-Rising Buttermilk White Cornmeal Mix Enriched, 5 lb Bag

We have always lived in the southern states where we love our cornbread and pinto beans!! Haha In the southern states this is easily bought at any grocery store. 3 years ago we moved out west and can’t find this anywhere. We weee thrilled to find it on Amazon!!! We always have a couple of bags in our pantry!! If you like cornbread or anything that uses cornmeal this is the only one to use!! The quality is unmatched! We love the self rising. It turns out light and fluffy with the perfect outer crunch every time! Taste is unmatched!

Best cornbread ever, I mix about half of White Lilly with half Hudson Cream self-rising. Cannot be beat. White Lily hard to get in our area, so glad I found it.

Delicious and easy! I use three eggs instead of one and 1 1/2 cups buttermilk instead of 1 /4; 1 tsp sugar, a full stick of salted butter in my 10" iron preheated skillet. YUM! This gives a cake-like consistency but is not too sweet. Still tastes like my southern mama used to make!

Perfect condition very well packed it arrived in great condition. The only thing that I was disturbed about was the date run out in two months and I don’t use cornmeal that often. I wish they’d put a little bit of extended date out on it but it’ll be all right I’m just pleased with it because we’re just now getting the self rising flower can’t even buy the plane flower. It was all perfect. It was my mistake. I hit all stars for both but the top one it must’ve slipped or sent because I gave it all a five star rating. There was nothing wrong with this cornmeal. It was perfect condition and it is star rated five.

So so tasty for my recipes and makes the texture of bread especially PERFECT
