I looked for this type of pen for years. I once had to toss a whole recycle bin full of used pens that were out of ink. I thought what a terrible thing for the environment. I snatched these pens right away. The pen cap fits into the end of the pen tightly, so the end can be screwed off using the cap. Then only a few drops of ink need to be added to refresh the pen. I noticed right away that the pens write with a very light touch like a good fountain pen. The black is very deep like a genuine Sharpie. The 4 size of tips is wonderful. The smallest size is like a Micron felt tip pen. The largest one is like a real brush. The 2 sizes in between are like medium felt tip pens like Bic and Sharpie. Just amazing for the environment and the price is reasonable too.

I got this pen set to improve my hand lettering and to create some Farmhouse signs art for my new home. The pens are nice and big, comfortable to grip and hold. The tip creates smooth strokes and the ink does not bleed through. The ink is nice and dark. Each pen is labeled so you will know exactly which pen you're looking for. I'm also excited that they are refillable so I won't have to continually purchase new pens, creating more trash for the environment. My order came very quickly and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was really excited when I found waterproof refillable brush pens. This is my first experience with this brand. I usually stick with my same brand however the fact of refill,price and variety of tip size really caught my eye. These brush pens have a extremely good quality feel while holding. The sizes are well marked. The brush pens wrote very smooth. Today was my first use and I'm pleased for the most part. I only have one issue. I used the S-23 twice and noticed the very end of the tip was bent. I REALLY try to see the good in all. Its possibly a manufacturing defect. I didn't examine the tips on 22 or 23 right out of the box. I intend on continuing to use them in my business though because they do feel nice and they are WATERPROOF YAY!! So a just a bit of drying time and watercolor can go on top. Over all I would recommend giving them a try. I want to use them to the point of refill and see where they stand then. I use quality paper when testing any of my pens. Speaking of that I can also say THERE IS NO BLEED THROUGH YET WATERPROOF!! You can see the brand of paper pad I used in the pictures

I like that they're refillable, hopefully the nibs last a long time and I can keep them out of the landfills. The box they came in said they are waterproof, but they are NOT. That's fine for what I want because I use them with copics and other alcohol-based markers. They work great for that. They do actually look very pretty when faded out with a water brush, so that might make for some cool effects. Overall a great value for the price.

I received these pens today and, OMG, I love them. The pens in this set include 1 soft brush tip and three hard tips in varying thicknesses. The hard tips are comparable in firmness to the Tombow Fudenosuke hard tip pens and write similarly. The ink flows beautifully and I just love that these pens are refillable, so less waste. I will definitely pick up a few more sets, so that I always have them on hand when I need them.

Though these pens have stiffer brushes, the ink basically gushes out of them making for uneven strokes. I've only used them a handful of times so maybe the ink flow will slow over time? We shall see. Still a bit disappointed.

These are a godsend! I have such a hard time inking drawings and getting a nice variation with my line quality with brush nibed pens from most brands readily available in the US at art stores. Even the small tips are too big and the end ends up getting torn up fairly quickly from the paper. After getting frustrated for the last time It dawned on me that I needed to look for pens intended for Japanese and Chinese writing. These are sturdy and even the large brush tip is smaller than the smallest drawing brush pen I can find. I just LOVE these. Bonus, they are refillable. Just unscrew the back of the pen (the top of the cap is designed as a sort of chuck to assist on getting it on and off) and refill it with the fountain pen. ink of your choice. My only negative is that the ink is not waterproof so I, have to ink drawings after I've used my watercolors but I'm sure I can find water proof fountain pen ink to refill them with so I'm not at all concerned with that at all. In fact I kinda wish they came empty for you to fill with you're ink of choice. That would make these even better!

This was exactly what I needed. 4 black markers of different sizes. The sizes vary enough so that they are obviously different. The ink flows well and the pens all write very cleanly--smudging has not been an issue. Comes in a cardboard box to store them in.
