Refillable and Not leaking
UPDATE: It's now January 2020 and I've lost 2 of the pens, but the other 3 are still working great. They are still a pain to refill (hard to pull apart), but they are still completely refillable, none of them have broken and I use them all the time. I keep one at work and 2 around the house. I've been using all 5 regularly since they were purchased.I may but new ones, but only for cleanliness - not because they stopped working. I'm very pleased with the value so upgraded to 5 stars from 4.ORIGINAL REVIEW:So I read the reviews and I have not had any problems with leakage or refilling. My first pen leaked, but that was MY OWN USER ERROR. I did not snap the brush in all the way so the rubber gasket did not seal correctly. After I refilled it, I made sure it was seated properly and have had no problems since then. I have also been able to refill all five pens that I received, but some were easier than others to open. One required some heavy force and I thought I might break it, but it finally came apart for refilling. One thing that would make these better for me is greater filling volume; maybe 5-10 ML. I haven't looked to see if they make them. I find myself refilling these more often than I'd like. I have one at home and one at work. I usually use each twice a day (super dry cuticles). I have to refill biweekly.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would buy again to give to friends.

Perfect for nail oil - could use instructions
I bought these pens to hold nail oil and they work perfectly for that. My only complaint is that they didn't come with filling instructions, so I actually wasted one pen as I twisted it nearly to the top figuring out how to get the bottom off, only to realize you fill it right in the top. I was disappointed and then I found another reviewers video for how to reset the pen if you've cranked it all the way to the top. When I realized how easy it is to actually fill (you literally just fill it from the top, put the brush cap on and twist it to get the oil into the brush) I thought maybe this is more of an operator error. Hence, I still give it five stars. But...instructions would be nice - even if they just update the product page on Amazon. Since filling my pens, I find myself using them constantly! It makes doing cuticle oil fun, easy and totally mess free. Such a simple solution to one of my biggest areas of self neglect (my nails!) I will buy these forever and ever.

They are reusable! Great product once you figure out how to refill
I had no luck getting the back cap of this nail oil pen off even with a rubber gripper/gloves and was able to be very disappointed when I watched another video that recommended using a cuticle pusher or other sharp/narrow object (e.g. nail vinyl scissors, tweezers) to push the cap up a little at a time. Lo and behold, that worked and I am now a happy camper! Be careful when you do it, but I promise you, they are reusable! Now my cuticles and nails are really nicely moisturized... I love that there is little to no mess. Before I used to just use the dropper that came with my jojoba oil and would rub the oil into the nail and cuticle with my other hand... This is soooo much more convenient! I've also had no leaks since using the pen for the last 2 weeks, so rest assured if that is a concern of yours!

Work nicely for cuticle oil
I got these to fill with jojoba oil for my cuticles. They're easy enough to fill if you have a dropper, which my oil did. I'm not sure how easy it would be otherwise. It's easy to pop off the end to fill them, but fill them up all the way so that you don't have to refill them as often. I've seen people describe how to reuse them and unscrew them, but I haven't used one up enough to try that yet. They work great for cuticle oil, but they do leak out the brush a bit so I'll probably only use the few I've filled for that kind of oil. The cap gets oil in the when they are stored upright so I'm trying to remember to store them on their sides. But I shouldn't have to do that. It's not a lot, just enough to be annoying.Regardless, for the price they definitely do what I needed them to do.

Yes, they're refillable.
I think for the next one I refill from new, I will take the whole thing apart first, then reassemble and fill, so that it will be easier to take it apart at refill time. It's definitely refillable, but if you store cuticle oil in it, you're doubling the difficulty of refilling it the first time because the parts are quite tightly assembled (and the oil makes things slippery). The second and subsequent refills are much easier. Pull the brush tip off and empty any remaining oil. Then, use a tool of some sort (I used a metal cuticle tool) to wedge between the twist top and the pen body, and wiggle and press gently until the top pops off. Pull the plunger out and twist it back to the starting position. Wash all of the parts then reassemble the plunger and top, add more oil, and replace the brush tip.

Refillable? Yes. Easy? Eehhhhh...
I use these to make oil pens for my nails. I get regular gel manicures and use a mixture of oils to keep them hydrated. I had bought an oil pen from a seller once and loved it, but I hated the idea of it being disposable. Now, these pens can technically be opened again. As said in previous reviews, you have to be careful to open them BEFORE you fully twist up the plunger. Still, it isn't easy. I haven't found a foolproof method for pulling the end off - I think using some sort of silicone jar opener would help, but I haven't got one. It also helps to kinda gently wiggle the end from side to side as you pull it off. That said, if you make your own nail oil these things are wonderful. I have one I keep in my purse, another in my bathroom. I feel much better being able to refill, and it does save me money in the long run.

It is refillable
I have finally used all of the product in one of the components and I can confirm that they are refillable. Once you twist the bottom all the way up, it will pop off, revealing the white threaded piece. You can twist the threaded piece in the opposite direction and that will bring the platform back down to the bottom of the barrel. Then you can pop the bottom piece back onto the barrel. You will need to wedge something in between the top of the barrel and the white plastic top that has the brush on it. Once you have removed the top, you can refill your product. Once I figured out how to take the component apart, it was pretty easy to refill and put back together

Will buy again
I love this for putting in my DIY lip/nail oil. My dog also loved to play with it when he got his paws on it. This product is not dog proof, lol! But they never claimed it was anyway. Jokes apart this is a good product. Will buy again because my dog likes these more than I do apparently.

Really good
Very happy to make my own nail oil thanks to this product. Haven't had any leaks thus far. I have seen other reviews mention that they are reusable and if that's the case these are absolutely worth the money!

These Don't work, avoid and find another product!!
I am not entirely sure why people are saying that these don't leak, but they literally do... no mater what position I place them in. They do not come with any instructions so I have no idea if I am using them properly. They are also not reusable there is another review that says you can pop off the back but i was not able to do it, probably should get a different product.w The plunger also seems like it suppose to move but it doesn't for me?? Either way i don't think the turning mechanism is working either.
