First brace I have found that protects the side of my pinky finger, hand and arm. Ulnar nerve was lacerated and I will always only have limited nerve feeling in my left pinky, ring finger, side of hand. Constant pins and needles feeling so hard to sleep without feeling pain. This brace provides protection, keeping my fingers somewhat straight which helps with my claw pinky I am now getting. The removable splints are nice to allow for more flexibility when needed.

Light weight. Very comfortable. Easy to fit/adjust. A great splint for when you need to immobilize fingers. Highly recommend

Very supportive and comfortable enough. Could really use some padding! My hand is tired of no padding on the top stay for sure.

I wore this brace continously for a week after straining my ring finger at the middle joint in a middle/ring/pinkie finger configuration. Then only during work for the following two weeks. The usage was under medical guidance.I work construction and it held up on the jobsite very well and provided both stability and protection for my injured finger. It was far superior to the long finger/palm brace I received at the emergency room and it impressed the doctor who was responsible for my follow up care.During the first week I did only minor adjustments to the brace and wore it with my hand in a mostly open configuration. During the following two weeks I made more adjustments to the brace and wore it in a curled finger configuration. If I wasn't injured adjustments would have been easy, but it was challenging with a right hand injury.I very pleased with how well it held up in challenging conditions and the level of protection it provided my finger.

I had to buy this splint per my doctors recommendation since they only had the extremely expensive and unnecessary splint left. He didn’t want to foot me with that bill (highly appreciated that) and said I could either get a cast or order a splint online, so of course I opted for the splint since it’s removable for showering.To start with the good:Everything feels good, secure, and well made (overall). I like that there are multiple Velcro straps you can use to easily adjust the splint’s fit/snugness. The sizing chart is also relatively accurate.The bad:The metal bar that goes over the top of your hand is supposed to be able to bend and adjust. This bar takes EFFORT to be able to bend, as in full body weight pushing down against a table sort of effort. Having a broken hand, I can’t exactly do that on my own and wound up needing to go to the doctor’s office to have them help me adjust it. The metal bar made it very difficult to use and caused more pain until I was able to get help adjusting it. The soft part of the Velcro area for the ring/pinky finger is also getting a bit worn out from needing to adjust so much due to issues with the metal not bending.

I bought this for a broken fifth metacarpal. It is reasonably comfortable and easy to adjust, and does a good job of immobilizing the break. There are several others on the market, and this one looked the best. I was not disappointed and I recommend it.
