Tried going with a knock off brand for less money but ended up returning that and going with this… it’s just a better speaker. The built in woofer is what makes it so good.

Small speaker however it's very loud perfect for a college kid in a dorm or a teens bedroom

I purchased this to replace my old speaker, which died. At first, it seemed to be all right, and I had just two niggling complaints I could have tolerated: It's too narrow at the base, so it tends to fall over, even on a flat surface, and the charging cable that comes with it is far too short. However, I soon discovered a bigger problem: The speaker refused to accept any charge. I plugged it in when the battery grew low, using the original charger cable, but it would not charge and continued to give a battery-low indicator after it had been charging for more than two hours. I tried another micro `usb cable, which `i happened to have on hand, and the same problem arose. I tried another wall adaptor. I tried another outlet. No joy. I tried my power strip. No luck. Added to all of that, the pins on the original charging cable snapped off inside the charging port the second time I pulled it out. Of course, I can no longer try any other cables in there because there's no way to pry the broken prongs out of the device, confirming why I don't care for micro USB. So now, I have what looks like a very nice speaker that does nothing because it will not charge. What a useless botheration. What a complete lemon. I'll be returning this and replacing it with something higher in quality.

the speaker is well build great sound only thing is that is using micro usb other wise is an excellent product

Bigger and brighter volumes than I thought so won't work at my desk but perfect when cleaning the house (actually a little fun now😀 ) or for the yard.

The Speaker sound is not as good as I was hoping for.
