Dabur Pure Indian Mustard Oil - 250 ML

Use this as a pre-wash. End up leaving on for a full day (sometimes even more on weekends) and i have noticed a complete change in how soft my hair has become. I am outgrowing BLEACHED hair so there was definite damage and I'm so glad to have come across this oil to help nourish my scalp and hair. I've read that the smell might be a bit overpowering however in my case i enjoy it. I don't find it overpowering at all. Definite keeper in hair routine.

Many mustard oils re intended for topical use fort a variety of things, such as hair growth. This one is a delicious food. I used it in Bengali beans and potatoes and it was delicious. Use sparingly as it is packed with flavor.

I like this product very much

This was an unfortunate purchase for me. When I received the bottle, which I have since thrown away so I can't check it, it did not say clearly that it could be used for cooking. It seemed that the oil was used also for external use or massage. I did do some research and I think others had made the same observation. To cut a long story short I decided not to risk using it in my Indian Curries and eventually it went in the trash. I wonder what the Amazon reviews of this product are saying now. I must have a look.

From the reviews I expected to use it for cooking but the bottle says it's explicitly not for that purpose. Just a heads up for anybody that cares.
