Love at first bite. I love the chunky texture, so different from the thinly cut traditional kraut, and I never would have thought of adding kale and bay leaf but yum, and free extra vitamins! It's pricey so I may not be buying it all the time (I eat ferments once or twice a day), but, try it at least once! You will most likely be back for more. I know I will.

Low quality. Only 2 pieces of kale leaves in jar. Will probably not order ever again unless you improve on the ingredients.

I really enjoyed this Kale sauerkraut on sandwiches and salads. Also, delicious to eat straight from the bottle! Its awesome that kale is added to the mix as it adds to the nutritional benefits. The only drawback is the size of the pieces - they are so large I often had to tear or cut them to become easier to eat.

I tried HB for the first time. I like the flavor and texture very much. It tastes really fresh. The sourness is just right. I will certainly continue to buy HB sauerkraut.

They should be embarrassed selling this product in a plastic jar!!!! it is nonrefundable non returnable and at such an expensive price!!! I will not give this product to my children in plastic which leaks poison! Never again.
