Once expanded, they're really hard and way to big to lay your head on comfortably.

I prefer a firm pillow and was having difficulty finding a decent one in stores. My cousin really liked his so I decided to order one of my own. I am SO glad I did! It took some adjustment but now I am totally in love with this pillow now.

This is a very comfortable pillow it is firm but not too firm keeps my head lined up correctly with my body. The only drawback I feel good as is that it doesn't stay cool enough to suit me.

Good neck support, but feels a little hard when you put your head on it. Still - I'm using it because the level of support keeps me from hurting my neck and shoulder.

Could be one of the worst pillows ever. I took it out of the box and and back in it went. I personally would rather rest my head on a rock. The pillow is very clumpy and rock hard. Don’t be fooled, pass on this.

It's harder than I expected and I cannot get comfortable using it.
