Will not crack easily but threads on the caps strip easily leaving you with an unsealed "pull off" top. I suppose this is fine if you're storing dry products, upright. I am impressed however with the thickness of the plastic of the bottom pieces. Very solid

I used these to make lip scrubs and lip balms for Christmas gifts and they are perfect size. All of them were intact and the lids worked.
