Absolutely useless
I can’t seem to be able to find a way to even get a refund on this useless product. I purchased it as a different starter for yoghurt, which I’ve been successfully making in my yoghurt maker for over 2 years. It didn’t set at all so is a complete and expensive waste. This is almost the same price as the other brand I’ve been using which has 5 packets, this is supposedly an “heirloom” mix which can be re-used indefinitely, well it’s totally useless. I should be able to get a refund but the Amazon algorithm doesn’t give that choice, I can hardly sent back a litre of gunk back!

Tasty Tang of homemade yogurt
Nice yogurt starter great taste, I like to add this organic Bulgarian culture to Dr William David L. Reuteri recipe, I boil organic milk and cream slowly before cooling and adding to my Lovely Luvele yogurt maker I’m on my 4th packet now perfect nice thick yogurt all goodness

easy to make, but not to my liking
IT WORKS WELL IN A NICE WARM ROOM I USE A YOGURT MAKER tho I don't like the texture, I use Jersey milk, but the yogurt is not smooth at all the texture is odd like tiny little balls od floury stuff in it. spoils it for me'

The customer service was terrible They blamed me for the problem It was expensive and a waste of money time and good quality milk If I could I’d give it zero stars

I followed the instructions on their website to the letter. This product neither gave me a thick yogurt or tasted nice at all. Wasted money.
