WiFi Display Dongle, iBosi Cheng Wireless Display Receiver for iOS Android Smartphones/Windows/MacBook to HDTV Projector

This thing claims to be a wireless display receiver that works with both Chromecast and Airplay and, technically, it does. What they don't tell you is that you have to connect your device to the WiFi network that's put out by this thing which, in my opinion, eliminates like 99% of the usefulness and usage. The only way I could get this to work was by connecting to the WiFi network broadcasted by it and then it would show up as an Airplay/Chromecast receiver. Unfortunately, that means I couldn't stream anything off the internet to it because, once you're connected to the receiver, you're not connected to your regular WiFi network. I'm sure there's a way to get around that and probably some other way to set it up but all my other Chromecast devices are much easier to use and our AppleTV just automatically shows up without the need for connecting/disconnecting.So, yeah... it works but it's not worth the hassle.

Not easy to set up. I don't use it. I wish I could have gotten my money back.

It's amazing just received it today and couldn't wait to try it out and it works amazing. Definitely recommend
