Traded Nyx for this
I used to use the Nyx brow pen for yearsssss until I found that it would start leaking after a month of use. Nyx would also not stay on very well--it would rub off easily when I sweat. Not this girl, no no. She stays ON until you want her to come off. I find that it doesn't come off easily with water--I need some type of makeup remover for this, which is totally fine. The component doesn't leak as quickly or easily as the Nyx brow pen, plus this one is cheaper. Milani, you've done it again.

Great brow pen just don't rub your brows
Color match is perfect. It makes such thin hair like strokes I love it. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it is not smudge proof. Waterproof? I guess so as long as you don't rub it. So as long as you don't rub your eyebrows you're good for a good while.

Very tinted and perfectly fine strokes. Drugstore holy Grail!
This is my drugstore holy Grail. I would compare it to lime crimes brow liner but I would argue that the Milani version lasts longer. I will continue buying again and again because it's just that good!

way better than the Anastasia version!
As an avid Anastasia Brow Pen user, I crave the hair follicle look but its SO expensive and the pen dies so fast. After one use of this Milani version, I am HOOKED. Way better hair look than Anastasia’s version and way juicier on first application which makes me think it will last a LOT longer. And best of all, a fraction of the price. 12/10!!!

Didn't work on oily skin, low color payoff
Probably my poor experience with eyebrow pencils continues to be user error, so I only docked two stars. However, this simply does not stay put on oily skin. Smudges within an hour; I found that it made my eyebrows look dirty rather than filled in.
