Hard to beat for the price!
This machine works well and heats up very quickly. It makes having a latte easy each morning. I am a bit concerned about all of the plastic parts and, therefore, the durability.

Perfect Best Buy I Did Not Want
This is a best buy machine. However, it is NOT an espresso machine. That requires 9 bar and this only produces 3.5. Box doesn't say "espresso," only "coffee machine." The output is similar to a $45 French Press. This is a better purchase at $37 (set a Camel^3 price check). Why so many positive reviews. But the creama in the photo shown is a lie. That, again, requires 9 bar to produce. The SOWTECH espresso machine has a taper and power button. That doesn't seem impressive except the costlier Mr. Coffee 4-shot does not (you must unplug that one after each use). However, a huuge leap forward in espresso quality is possible with the 15 bar 1100-watt De'longhi Stilosa espresso ($61 open box). That also comes with a warming tray and a larger water reserve. But it has the longer routine for the right grind size, tamping pressure, and extraction time and it can't make a 4-shot. Next step after that is a $300 machine. To really get something good out of a $60-$80 espresso machine, you'll need a $70 grinder. For a $300 machine, a $200 grinder. Your food processor or $17 B&D is perfect for this machine (or a French Press). This is better than a French Press (besides for being cheaper) due to the milk frothing wand. BUT... a pro machine can froth milk in 10-20 seconds, a good $300 machine (rare) in under a minute, but this takes 2 minutes for a poor result. That length of time means it's easy to overcook the milk and make a difficult to remove stain on the inner tube. Not simple to master. I'd guess most give up on frothing their milk.PS: This is NOT a four-cup machine. It's a four SHOT (ounce) machine. That's half a cup.Bottom line: Night and day better coffee than any drip machine. But you can't make a pot full.I learned I wanted a $500 Fellow Opus grinder and De'longhi Dedica Maestro Plus espresso setup.

Compact design
When reviewing small espresso machines, it's important to highlight both the positive aspects and any areas for improvement. Here's a sample review that incorporates your feedback about the cup:---Review of [Espresso Machine Model Name]I recently purchased the [Espresso Machine Model Name], and overall, I’m quite pleased with its performance. This compact machine is perfect for small kitchens or for anyone who wants to enjoy a quality espresso without taking up too much counter space.Pros:- Brew Quality: The espresso it produces is rich and flavorful, with a nice crema on top. It consistently delivers great shots, whether I’m using pre-ground coffee or fresh beans.- Ease of Use: The machine is user-friendly with straightforward controls. It heats up quickly, making it convenient for those busy mornings.- Compact Size: Its small footprint makes it easy to store, and it doesn’t overwhelm my kitchen counter.Cons:- Cup Material: One downside is the cup that comes with the machine. While it’s functional, I would prefer a glass cup instead of plastic. A glass cup not only looks more elegant but also retains heat better and enhances the overall coffee-drinking experience. In it is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to brew quality espresso at home. If you’re willing to invest in a separate glass cup, you’ll elevate your experience even further. I highly recommend this machine for its quality, efficiency, and compact design.

Easy to use and works well.
The ease of use and quality of coffee is very good. My only wish would be that the frother was better. I'm used to a manual frother that truly whips the milk---the steam frother foams it a bit, but could be better. Overall, happy with the purchase and well priced.

Somewhat Difficult
I thought this size coffee machine was a good fit fit for me. The first time I used it, the milk frothing worked pretty good. That doesn't seem to be the case now. The most frustrating thing was trying to insert the coffee holder into the "insert" spot. I personally found this very difficult to do! I felt like I was in a battle! I am going to try it one more time to help me make a decision whether to return it or not.
