Tight hamstrings, this simple solution will pave the way to efficiently and effectively stretching you all the way out. Incredibly helpful and although pricey, it’s worth the money when you don’t have help to fully stretch you out. Game changer.

If you could only afford to buy one piece of equipment to help you after your knee surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend the ideal stretch. Just doing it several times a day has helped keep my knee and all the muscles limber and straighter. I was getting overwhelmed at physical therapy with all the different activities and I just wanted to take one thing home that I knew I could handle at my house and this was it!

It works, pretty much the same thing my physical therapist has me use during visits. However it is woefully overpriced for what it is and so are the other ones just like it. Simple tube steel with 4 nylon straps. Probably $4 in materials & $3 in labor but costs $60-$70 and there’s no complexity or moving parts aside from slight adjustability.

This device was recommended by my physical therapist. It is worth every penny! I have problem arthritic knees. A gentle one minute stretch 2 or 3 times ma day has already improved my knee mobility. I highly recommend it. Probably best to check with an MD or PT first to be sure it is appropriate for your issue.

Yes I enjoy my leg stretcher it came like it said it would. I'm stretching my calves I do my leg stretches from side to side it works wonderful
