No, it’s not designed to attach to the door. I drilled holes to make make it work but don’t recommend this approach.

Q: Is there a tutorial on how to properly Measure for this?

I think I had looked it up on you tube ! Type in how to install a rev a shelf there should b some videos on how to measure for your shelf . Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one .

Will not needs 28 inch + clearance depth and width should buy smaller diameter
