Works as intended
The pillow has the right amount of firmness. Provides good under knee support to elevate the feet and correct the posture of the spine when sleeping. Satisfied with the product.

Super soft! Love it!!
Got this for my son who was complaining of lower back ache due to slouching after looking working hours. Looked for something and found this. Decided to buy it and it's perfect because he loves it. It's super soft and very comfortable to lean on. Of course it loses its shape when you lean on it but fills the place between your back and the seat when you slouch a bit. Love this product and will try more of their memory foam stuff! Go for it

Too soft and does not hold the neck.
The stuff is good to look but when I used it is too soft so what happens the head and neck feels as though nothing is below the neck. The purpose is not served. No one yet had come to take the return.

Not for lower back supper! Beware
This is not the product for lower back support! Seller should not provide incorrect information like this. It's a good neck pillow but for lower back something more sturdy is required. This is memory foam and as soon as you lean on for back support, it becomes flat and is useless!! Disappointed. Misleading information by the seller. Not acceptable.

The media could not be loaded. Very soft, and dureble pillow. It was great for my knees because if its support. It has memory foam so it keeps its shape whichever way you put it. The packing bag included with the pillow makes it easy to take with me wherever I go. It's a good size and travel friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a memory foam pillow.

Not very useful
The pillow came folded in small bag. It’s too soft and completely useless for the cervical support as it claims in the product description. Hence the description, photos are a little misleading. Not worth buying if you are looking for a supportive pillow
