I was skeptical because of the price, but it's great! Easy to put together. It's balanced perfectly and a great addition to our deck. Like the look at night after a day of solar energy. Easily catches the wind and appears strong considering the price.

Wanted something to use in the corner of our home where it was a little bland. Photos speak for itself as you can see what you get unassembled and assembled. I did not use one of the pole sections as it was already tall enough for my purpose. So know you can remove a few sections if you want it shorter. Setup is super easy and takes about 2 minutes. (I would be confident in saying you will not need the directions.) The top spins 360 degrees with little effort and it does work well in catching air-spinning. Light works well and adds a nice flair for night time. Not super bright but does a good job. If yours is wobbly, recommend digging down a little and bury the entire base and the first section to make it sturdier. One thing which would make this even better is removing a part of the metal which the gem mounts on so that the light shines through the gems as they spin. (The gems mount to a solid piece of metal vs. being edged in metal.) Cost I thought was reasonable in regards to the comparison As with all my reviews, i will update this review should this develop issues with ongoing use.

The spinner was purchased as a gift. The spinner was in good shape but the cardboad box it came in was ripped and taped up. I purchsed this one before for myself and it's a good spinner.

Very first spinner I bought was a dud, so nervous about buying this one, but surprisingly pleased. There were two small problems, but still rating 5 stars since this works so much better than my first purchase. Pros: it looks great and spins easily. Cons, the solar ball is weak (but I'm asleep through most of the time that matters) and the two spinners were both a little off balance, making initial spin require more wind. I had a project with left-over neodymium magnets that solved this. Sort of like balancing a ceiling fan, I just added a few magnets to the upper-most blade on each spinner until each was balanced. It's now rare that I look out and don't have action! The jewels reflect the sun nicely in the morning, but at mid-day, they don't add much to the appearance. Bang for the buck is nice, so do recommend for anyone else who gets tickled by wind-spinners in the landscape.

We really love the look of this and the night light display is fantastic. The quality seems pretty good initially, however over time, rainwater apparently had built up inside the pole and it began to rust the threaded part of the connections. The pole began to noticeably lean because the connections were no longer solid. After a number of attempts to adjust it and or remedy it, we were forced to disconnect a couple of the tubes lowering it to nearly ground level just to keep it straight now. So that's disappointing. I expected this to last a little longer than a year and although we still have it and it functions well, It's not the same look we wanted. We bought it at a decent price so it takes away the sting, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

I love this so much. It is so beautiful and lights up beautifully at night. I love watching it spin. You have to make sure you put it in the right direction for it to spin with the wind.

07-11-2022 [Update] Initially, I was impressed with this item [even had 'follow-up' from the Seller, asking how-we-liked-it...]. However, since the initial purchase April 2021 (04-2021), I have quickly grown 'unimpressed' with this outfit/Seller... After replacing the battery for the second [2nd], here recently. The unit stopped 'working' - The photocell/photoeye circuitry now no longer works and the LED remains constantly on... Thereby not allowing the battery to properly charge up. PLAINLY put, the windspinner now no longer lights up... I've attempted numerous contacts here with the 'seller', even using AMAZON's 'messaging service', but to no avail. AND 'no' there is no apparent way to contact these folks, either online or thru AMAZON or social media... My soul intent being to find replacement piece/parts for the solar portion of this windspinner - And 'no', I am not wanting nor desiring a "refund"... Just the parts/replacement pieces to make it functional, again. As for the Seller - There is NO customer support whatsoever. Not only can one not 'contact' them... They even ignore AMAZON 'messaging', too. My thoughts are simply this - Go with someone else if you are looking for a similar wind-spinner... But, then again it is your money. I know, I'll not purchase another item from this Seller, again. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Purchased this in April '21 - We wanted something 'new' to add this year for the re-done flowering/fruit tree beds. in the backyard. So far, the wind-spinner/LED light has performed flawlessly. We enjoy the 'added' feature to the bed and like the fact of the color-changing LED globe, which adds alittle more to the wind-spinner's function. The whole item goes together fairly easy - No complicated tools or action(s) on your part [pretty sraightforward assembly], and we had no 'issues' with the packaging, whence it came in. And the materials it is made from are relatively decent [IE It's not 'junk']. Once assembled, and given the fact our soil is somewhat rocky [pitrun type dirt] in this portion of the bed's; I zip-tied, the mounting shaft to a chain-link fencepost for further security [didn't want it blowing over or coming down], and it's working just fine. It 'tacks' the wind well and spins quite easily and freely [receive most wind/breeze from the S/SW/SSW direction, of our property - AND it survived 25-35 MPH wind gust, here awhile back...] The LED stays lit for around 6-8 hrs, given 'how-much' light, is received from the Sun [live in the Pacific NW] and we have no complaints regarding this purchase. If asked, 'Would I buy another...I say - yes'...But one's enough for now. It looks neat and the Wife likes it... "Win-Win"... In my book -

Seems to be very well made. Easy to assemble. Looks even better than the pictures in the description. The ball races in the spinners allow them to start moving in a gentle breeze and really whirl round in stronger wind. I mounted my spinner higher up by attaching the pole to a wooden post I already had. You may notice some black tape I put round the join where it can rotate. I only did that to keep it facing the way I wanted. The colour changing LED is not very bright but none the less gives a pleasing display at night.

So simple yet beautiful and easy to assemble. Works and spins easily even with lesser wind. Seems well made. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent quality and much superior to another similar product that was a bit of a rip off. The price is probably right too
