This product is excellent. All flavors are to die for taste is great dryness is not dry. No stomach upset satisfaction almost vegan content. Take it anywhere you want. I actually do one bar in the middle of my leg workouts to get my protein levels up while I take a five minute break during that five minute break the protein kicks in. I start back within the five minutes to do my second half of my leg workout and it gives me all the energy. I need to finish great product believe the price is high but worth it

This has become my new favorite to keep in the bag. Its nice and crunchy, and gives you a chocolate boost for that midmorning craving. I got the Hazelnut and cacao one. This one doesnt overdo the protein and gives you a nice natural taste. Its got pea protein instead of whey, which is a good change from whey always added in bars these days. The biggest plus is that I know all the ingredients - natural.

Love the flavor and the crunch! So far the matcha is my favorite flavor but I haven't had a flavor yet that I didn't love. Even my kids love these bars and I had to hide them so they don't get stolen from me lol. Great ingredients and a super convenient way to get more protein in my diet.

I'm torn on these. I really love the flavor and when they are good; the texture is excellent (more on this below). I hate pasty chewy protein bars. Mezcla offered a promising alternative in the textural department by using pea protein puffs which are great. They are easy to digest (I don't have a problem with legume based FODMAPs) and work as a good mid-morning snack. The bars survive shipping well and are good take to work. Why not 5 stars? I've ordered 3 different flavors four times over and have a reasonable amount of data for comparison. The problem is when these bars are good - they are absolutely exceptional. But there is significant variation between batches. The good batches are light and crunchy with delicious flavor. But not all batches are the same. Some of them have the texture of a pasty powerbar (yuck!) with a crunchy topping. Sometimes the hazelnut flavor is not pronounced and sometimes the pistachio bar is lacking in pistachio flavor. Sometimes you only taste chocolate. I suspect some of these are growing pains for a small company but they need to focus on quality assurance and ensure their suppliers are providing ingredients of consistent quality. I can't give them five stars until they get this right but otherwise the product would deserve five stars. I really want their product to succeed.

Good! They're clean and you get what you get for that, you know? Haha. But most importantly - here's the flavor ranking: Vanilla base: 1) Matcha 2) Blueberry. You don't taste the matcha - it just tastes like a sweeter vanilla. The blueberry is OK, but not as good as matcha. Chocolate base: 1) HOT CHOCOLATE - don't bother buying the others hahah it's the best but if I had to rank the others I'd say 2) peanut butter 3) pistachio 4) almond 5) hazelnut. Hazelnut is a bit bitter - it is definitely not Nutella. Hot chocolate is the best bar by far. That and matcha are worth buying again!!

I’m really impressed with Mezical Bars — they strike that rare balance between healthy and crave-worthy. my favorite protein bar AND they taste good! Thats a winner. They sub a meal at times. Food doesnt give me energy but these dont take my energy either. They are the right level of chewyness. I have yet to teste my blood sugar after eating one. I mainly use them hiking or when my stomach growls and these hold me over pretty good. For those that care, these dont make my stomack hurt and Im grain sensative. They dont make me gassy which crappy food does, so these arent in that category.

Update 11/10/2025 The company contacted me about my review and asked for additional feedback. Also compared the weight of the previous batch and current batch and both are 40g according to the label. So not sure what has changed. I am still ordering these bars as they hit all the marks for me, vegan, good balance of protein and fat to sugar and are a very light snack. And considering they contacted me makes me want to continue supporting them. I hope they can figure out what changed and improve and I am definitely willing to change to a 5 star review. As of now, I am raising this to a 4 star as I have gotten used to the flavor and it is better than my initial thoughts. Reviewed on 11/04/2025 Recently, they made a change that decreased the size if the bar drastically and my guess is to keep the calorie and protein count the same, they just concentrated everything into a smaller sized bar. And it has affected the taste, which is now a much stronger peanut butter flavor. I believe it previously had 10 g of protein, 3 g of total sugar, and 7 g of fat, which is pretty balanced, without tasting like cardboard. And the new version still has the same content, just concentrated into a smaller sized bar. These bars used to be my favorite as it had a mild peanut butter taste and was a delicious and a nutritious light snack in between meals at a fair price. I used to have 3 boxes delivered monthly via subscribe and save, but now I don’t eat them as often. I would have preferred they left the bars the same and just reduced the package count, instead of this.
