Q: Does this model have a bump on the floor of the box

No! That is one of main reasons I love it!

Q: My cat is fat and big he is well over 15 bls will this tip over if he climps up it to get in not jumping into it ?

I have a 14# cat, and it doesn't tip over with him. The weight of the litter holds it in place quite well. I LOVE this box - my dogs haven't had any "tootsie rolls" since we got it!

Q: Do you use bags with this?

No we don't use bags. It's a deep litter box so you'd need deep bags if you use them. We clean out the waste every day and give it a good scrubbing once a month. It's a great litter box! No mess outside of the box. Our kitten took to the top entry right away. It's big but if you have a good spot to tuck it away I highly recommend this box.

Q: Does the lid secure? Is this dog proof?

The lid latches on. This was perfect for me, and it was perfect to keep my beagle out of it. If your dog is really tall, it is not dog proof.
